I Wonder If You Know - A Han Lue FF

Part 2. Sean Boswell

Its 9pm and I'm in my bathroom at my apartment getting ready. Since I have been in Tokyo I haven't made a whole lot of real close friends. Only Neela, Twinkie, Virgil sometimes, Suki, and Reiko. I consider Takashi a business partner not a friend. I am in my bathroom with Suki getting ready to go to the race. When it comes to going to the under ground scene I tend to dress up more. I brush out my dark hair and fluff it up with my hands. I do a regular base, red eyeshadow, eyeliner, blush, highlighter on my cheek bones and nose, and a dark lip. I help Suki a bit with her makeup because her eyeliner game is not strong.



Suki leaves in her 2000 Honda s2000, while Han pulls up in his blue and orange Nissan Silvia. I cant describe how much I love that car. Its just so beautiful. I run out to his car and hop in.

"Hey D. You look great." He says

My heart races, and I can feel my face blush at this.

"Thanks. You as well." I say

We take off from my apartment and make our way down town. We talk the whole way laughing and chatting about cars. On our way down we come down an empty road and I look at Han next to me.

"Can I" I say looking at him

He nods his head in assurance. I flip up the switch and press the red button. Within milliseconds the NOS is pumping through the car and were launched back into our seat. The car speeds so fast down the road we have to cut the NOS from the car as we exit the empty road into a car lot. We drive up the lot to the top and pick a spot next to Takashi. We step out of the car and I hug quick with Takashi.

"I have a job for you tonight. Do you see the guy over there with the Nissan 350 Z. You're going to race him for it. If you loose. You steal it. Ok?" He says into my ear.

"Sure. Lets do it now so I can at least enjoy the rest of the night." I say

"Lets go." Takashi says

"Han Ill be back in a few." I look back at him and say

He knows how this kind of thing goes. I know I wont loose a race so stealing the car isn't necessary. Takashi puts his arm around my shoulder and we walk over to the guy leaning on the Nissan.

"Hey man. Say, how do you feel about racing my girl here for that car your leaning on." Takashi says

"Nah man. I don't need another car." The guy says

I scough mentaly at this.

"How about this. I win. I get the car. You win. You get me." I propose to the man

"Deal" He says

Typical male. So easy to persuade.

"Lets race in 20." I say

"You're on." He says

Me and Takashi walk back to the group and I see Twink.

"Odessa!" Twin grabs me into a bear hug

"Hey Twink!"

"How you doing girl. You racing tonight?" Twinkie says

"In about 20 minutes. Got to get a car for Ta." I say

"Nice Nice. I got someone here." Twinkie says

Behind him I see a white boy who looks like hes straight from America.

"Hi. I'm Sean Boswell." The boy says with a thick Texas accent.

I nod my head at him in Hi. I walk around the meet with Suki for a while looking at the cars and talking with people. Before I know it my fun is cut short.
