I watch as an attempt at drifting is made. The car swings out of place and crashes into something.

"Again!" Han yells for the 10th time

"Han I swear to god if we have to watch him try to drift again I will shoot you." I say

"Please don't." He says while keeping his eyes fixed on the car

"Hey D. You can shoot me any time girl." I hear Twinkie say

I smile at him. He does this all time with me.

"Twinkie why don't you go hit on those segals over there." Han says

"Someone's jealous." Reiko laughs

Han shrugs. I put my legs over on his lap. Were both sitting in chairs next to each other might as well.

"You putting those legs on me again." He says

"You love my legs Han."

"Alright that's it." Han says as he gets up.

Next thing I know hes sitting on my lap

"Han. Han! Han the chairs gonna break!" I yell

The chair collapses. Damnit. Standing it is. People are laughing at our mannerisms. Sean trys once again to drift. He fails again. Sean steps out of the car frustrated. Takashi and his gang pulls up. I look at Han confused and he has the same question as I do. Why are they here. Takashi steps out of his car and starts power walking to Sean.

"Ta perfect timing. We were just about to roast some marshmallows." Han says standing up but he just gets pushed through by Takashi. He walks over to Sean and starts beating him to the ground. I sit there with a blank face watching this all go down like everyone else. After a few fatal punches have been thrown Takashi finally takes off and Sean gets up. He has a busted ass nose and his lip is bleeding. Sean looks over at Han.

"Well what'd you expect. You didn't just start a fire. You soaked the matches in gasoline." Han says to Sean

"I told you not to get involved with Neela. Now go wash your face. Were done for the day." I say

Sean grabs a towel and wipes the blood off his face. The next day isn't much better. The sound of Han telling Texas to do it again is starting to annoy me.

"My grandmother. Shes blind in one eye and she can drift better then that!" Earl spits out

We all chuckle at this.

"Where'd you find this kid Han." Earl says

Han looks up at him then back at Sean.

"Hey Odessa. Go swap seats with Sean. Show him how to do it." Han says to me

I sigh and put my drink down. I walk over to the car and tell him I'm gonna show him how to do it the right way. We drive around the mountain and the first turn comes up.

"Its not easy to drift but once you learn how to do it gets easier. I count down the seconds and you lay over right before the turn." I say to him

In my mind I mentaly count. 3.2.1

I perfectly drift around the corner. I look over at Sean as he carefully studies the way I drift. We go through the corners and drift through all of them perfectly.

"So. Where did you learn how to drift." Sean asks

"I learned back home in California. I met Letty Toretto when I was 14 and she was 15. Me and her became super close. Best friends some would say. And as I would say. She was sort of a big sister to me. she learned about the race scene. She taught me how to race and drift with my brother even though I had my license before her.

"Well. What about Han?" He asks

"Well Letty wasn't always a Toretto. I met Dom Toretto as he was my brothers best friend so he was always around. Then me and Him became friends and once Letty turned 16. Dom started messing around with Letty after I introduced them. We all were friends. Han and Dom were hanging out at races and he introduced us. Letty and Dom started dating and now they're married. Now were here." I say

"So you introduced Letty to Dom and they got married. Dom introduced you to Han. You guys have dated at least once right." Sean says

"No. Me and Han have never been together." I say blankly

"How?" He asks

I shrug.

"Its not like he likes me. Or like I want to date him." I say

Lies.

"You don't think he likes you?" Sean says

"Hes never told me anything." I say

Sean scoffs

"What are you scoffing at Texas?" I snear

"Have you seen the way Han looks at you. I'm a guy. Trust me." He says smugly

"You're lying. Han only gets with modles." I say

"Yeah because he can. Hes not friends with any of them. No risk. When hes with those girls hes only looking for one thing. When hes with you. Hes looking for everything." Sean explains

"Alright lets focus on drifting please. Watch and learn." I say

Sean chuckles and agrees to drop it. We pull back around the front and get out of the car. I hate to admit it. But I see Han in a different light now. He got me thinking. Maybe he does have feelings for me. My heart races at this thought.

"I hope you taught him something useful" Han says

"Yeah we taught each other a few things." I say looking over at a smirking Sean

"Uh ok. I want to see you do it by yourself again." He says

Sean agrees and gets back in the car.

"What were you guys talking about you took a while to come back." Han says at me

"Wouldn't you like to know." I say

Han smiles and looks forward then back at me.

"Do you want me to sit on you again?" He says

"I think you want to." I say smiling

He looks to Sean and stands up and walks forward. Sean takes off and attempts another drift. But this time. He actually kind of succeeds. I clap lightly.

"Ayyy there ya go." I say

This time I'm the one saying again over and over. A few weeks go by and he continues to get better and better. Me and Han personally train him a few times a week and start racing with him. Were also doing more and more business because for some reason money is getting low and shipments aren't coming in as fast. I ask Han what's going on and why his money isn't coming in as fast. But every time he just shrugs and puts it off. It's starting to tick me off. I'm getting a bad feeling somthing is going to happen and it's not going to be gental.
