'Marriage'

I said goodbye to avery as much as i hated it,

My parents said that they will be holding an important meeting with the Flammia family.
We haven't seen them for years so if i said i wasnt curious to why we are meeting, though there family can be a great input to all mafias.

Currently I'm driving to the restaurant, but for some reason i have a sick feeling in my stomach, i didn't eat anything bad though...

I'm probably just over thinking things a always,

Finally. I'm here and of course I'm the latest out of everyone.great.

I get out my car hand my keys to the guy so that he'd park it,

I take a deep breath and enter.

Wow. Almost everyone is here.
My father, mother, lorelai , luckily not my brother lmao, Mrs flammia. Mr flammia , Nicolas, Alejandro and even naveah... though i thought Naveah couldnt leave the country...

All eyes on me. I shake everyone's hand and sit on the only spare seat, next to naveah

"Welcome son"
Father greets me and i nod as i look at my little sister.
I study her expressions and she seems some what upset? Lorelai is not easily upset...

"You okay lora'
I say calling her by her nick name

but not a word out off her, she just nods. And i start to get that sick feeling once again

I ignore it and get into the casual conversation with everyone as the waiter gets out orders.

While talking and waiting for the food, i get a notification on my phone. I check to see its Avery, I wouldn't usually reply to texts at meals like this but avery. Anything for her,

*avery <3*
'I miss you already, how long are you going to take!!! Hurry up please, I'm bored and no one is home!'
Her texts say and a smile grew on my face slightly

'Il be back soon, i promise okay, i love you <3'
I text back and she instantly sees the message and replies

'I love you too'

I can see the slight reflection of naveah looking at my phone so i shut it and put my phone away.
Luckily the food came and took the awkwardness away.

Atleast the food was nice, because this meeting is really starting to get boring, i really dont see the point of this meeting..

"So...naveah, you came back, what are you planning to do, do you have a bf"
My dad said and i chocked on my food

"Father aren't you abit old for her"
I said and everyone starting chuckling

"Sorry naveah sweetie if that came out wrong, he was wonder8ng if you had a lover because out lovely son blaze here doesn't"
My mother said and i glared at her

"I actually do. Mother, avery"
I remarked my words and my mum rolled her eyes

"It wont last anyways"
he said and i gave her a challenging look

"Anyways, the business needs a new generation after we leave."
Mr flammia said as everyone looked towards him and father

"Great, well i have my. Own business so don't get me into it"
I said and everyone looked confused,...it was like they knew something i didn't

"Yea yea, but ours is family blaze, our business is more successful"my father said and i giggles

"Yea same reason my business makes double how much you make father"
I answered back and he had an unsatisfied look plastered on his face

I was completely done at this point, i was bored and there's no need for me to be here,
I received another text from avery so I couldn't let her wait

'if you excused me, you guys carry on with your meal. I have to get back to someone"
I said getting up getting my jacket,

"Blaze, sit"
My father said but i ignored it and went towards the door until mr flammia spoke

"We need you to get a marriage, for the buisness. It needs to be in good hands"
He said and i smirked

"Great, il go get avery then"
I said grinning to the thought of it until he spoke again,

"No, no avery, you must marry naveah"
