"Where are we going exactly?" Leona asked, fixing the blanket over Luciana's body as she lay awake in her car seat.

"We are on our way into town to get items necessary for the two of you as promised." I responded while looking through my emails on my laptop.
Owning an empire as large as mine is a regular job, no breaks whatsoever because someone is constantly fucking up. For example, this morning. We were supposed to leave the house at 9 a.m. sharp, but my gatekeeper let a client inside. While having breakfast, I had to leave the table and have a meeting. Fucking up my whole schedule.
"Ok." she said softly.
"Are you ok?" I asked, looking over at her.
"You just seem frustrated, so I'll leave you alone." she said, peering out the window.
"Sorry, love. I didn't mean to take my frustrations out on you." I said; then I reached over and grabbed her hand and kissed it.
"It's ok." she said, looking over at me with her perfect smile.
"I'll do this when I get home. I'll focus on family, yes?" I said with a big smile.
"Thank you." she said, giving me her full attention.
An hour later we finally arrived at the shops. Now parked, I helped Leona out of the car with Luciana's car seat in my left hand.
It's still cold in Italy, so I let Leona borrow some more of my sweats and a hoodie of mine; she looked so good in my clothes. I was dressed in the same attire while Luciana had on a brand new onesie, her puffer jacket, and hat on with her blanket wrapped around her. I was keeping la mia Principessa all warm.
"Voi ragazzi non potete meravigliarvi oggi. Ho mia figlia e Leona con me ho bisogno di voi ragazzi in allerta, capisci?" I said, looking at my security, who were lined up standing in front of me.
Translation: You guys can't wonder off today. I have my daughter and Leona with me. I need you guys on High alert, understand?
"Yes, Boss." they replied, causing me to nod.
"May I hold your hand?" Leona asked, causing me to smile.
"Of course, anything for you." I said, grabbing her hand; then I intertwined our fingers together.
"I've never been to this mall before. I'm eager to see the cute clothes for Luci." She exclaimed while cheesing.
"You have to shop for yourself too." I reminded causing her to nod.
"How can I ever repay for everything?" She asked, looking up at me as we walked through the mall entrance.
"I was hoping you would ask that. How about a date this Friday?" I asked with a smirk.
"Who will watch Luciana?" She inquired, looking around the mall entrance for a store to go in.
"I could ask my parents, but only if you're comfortable." I said, following her as she directed us to a kid's shop.
"I would like to meet them first." She said causing me to nod my head.
"Well, they did invite us over for dinner at their place tonight, but I declined on your behalf because I wasn't sure if you were ready to meet them at the time." I explained, looking around the large store.
"I would like to attend the dinner." she confirmed.
"Ok, I'll let them know when we return home. Now we shop, yes?" I asked.
"Yes." she replied.

After hours of shopping and meeting with the interior designer for Luciana. I'm finally getting down to business in my office.
"Speak." I said looking at the man seated in front of me.
"Don, I'm sorry for the short notice-" he started off causing me to hold my hand up.
"Eh, where's my money?" I asked polishing my gun.
"Umm, I-" he stuttered then I looked him in the eyes and shot him.
"Manda la sua testa al suo capo e digli che aveva 36 ore per avere i miei soldi o è il prossimo." I spoke standing up from my desk.
Translation: Send his head to his boss and tell him he had 36 hours to have my money or he's next.
"Yes, boss." and with that, I attached my gun back to my hip, walked out of my office, and closed the door behind me.
Bitches.
"I think I'll get dressed." I said looking at my watch.
5:10 p.m.
Walking up the stairs from the basement I went straight to my other staircase and made my way up to my room. Entering my bedroom, I walked inside the bathroom and started the shower.
Stripping from my clothes, I looked inside the mirror and sighed.
"I wish to find true love, someone who accepts me for me and loves me. I'm tired of being alone." I thought, combing through my hair with my fingers.
I pray Leona is the one for me.
