Had I not disguised it with happiness? Did I lie to myself all along?

Where was the thin line between real and fake? And if I couldn't find it how could you ever?

Was it all you ever wanted? Or did it just not make you think of it?

Had I not tried to fix it? Or did it really just slip trough my fingers? So carefully, and damaged, broken pieces of my heart.

Wasn't it worth it? All the cuts and bleeds? All those hours, explaining what was going on? Only for you to leave me, again?

Had I not loved you enough, cherished you enough? Or had you not just left me?
