Karma observed Hinata and Naruto engaged in conversation. Hinata surreptitiously slipped her paper under her arm, attempting to show Naruto her answers.

It was a subtle act, and she couldn't help but wonder how none of the Chunin proctors had noticed or heard them. She dismissed the thought, confident that her keen eye was more trained than the rest of them. If she were monitoring the room alone, most of the Genin would have already been disqualified.

As she shifted her focus back to Naruto, she realized that Hinata wasn't sharing her answers after all. An exasperated sigh escaped her as she decided to intervene by tossing a kunai near a participant's head and then pointing firmly at the exit. She couldn't help but think, 'She just needs to confess to him already.'

Several more minutes passed, and Genin were dropping out of the exam like flies. Most of them had already put their pencils down, eagerly awaiting the 10th and final question.

Glancing at the time, she nodded to Ibiki, who granted her the floor. "Okay, and now... We will begin the 10th question!" she announced. "But before we get into it... I'd like to go over some rules," Ibiki interjected.

Meanwhile, on a distant rooftop, the sensei of the rookie 9 gathered.

"It sure is boring without my team," Kakashi remarked, casually kicking his feet back on a table.
