After the routine was done for the day. Y/n and Ryuko were at The Train Station on their way to school although he seem to be unaware that Ryuko is staring at him while he is busy staring at his wrist watch

Ryuko then take a deep breath as in she take a drink courage before saying

Ryuko: "Oi Y/n!"

Y/n: "I see, May i suggest you do about 20 minutes of stretches and drink a glass of warm milk before going to bed, It does wonder for me"
