The countdown to my due date, has officially started. In three weeks, I'll have a child. I'll get to see August. I'll hopefully be happy.

Actually, I'll see August in a week, when he flies here from California.

I'm ready to see him. I miss him. I long to hug him again.

I have a little space in my room set up for our son, including a crib, a changing table, and rocking chair. Every night, before I fall asleep, I create scenarios in my head, of seeing my son sleep. So peaceful, and small.

Of course I know it's not going to be like that, especially since newborns are unpredictable

Jayce is surprisingly excited to meet his nephew, considering his reaction to finding out I'm pregnant, was less than pleasant. However, he has been incredibly supportive and helpful, throughout all of it. Jayce really is my number one supporter.

Since August proposed, there's been a lot of tension between us. Whether we mean for it to be there or not.

Don't get me wrong, August means so much to me.
He always has, and whatever happened between us,
doesn't change that. But his decisions are questionable. Moving to California when he's about to become a father. Proposing while we aren't together, after a rocky breakup. It doesn't seem right, nor logical.

If I'm being honest, I wanted to say yes. I really did. But like I said, it wasn't right. These past three months have been, peaceful. And I think that August not being here, has been playing a factor in that. I love him from a distance.

I always think about things like this in my car, for some strange reason. And it's usually on the way to the apartment. This time, Tapper and Wilder should be home, but I wouldn't mind getting to know Aleksander, and Wyatt a bit better.

They both seem like sweethearts, and if they're friends with Tapper and Wilder, that means they'll most likely become mine too, so it wouldn't hurt to get to know them.
