Phalo smiled at his cousin's daughter as Elora came walking into the throne hall in her golden coronation gown, her ladies behind her. Elora knelt before Tarmac who took the golden Queen crown with elvish diamonds. Tarmac smiled and placed the golden crown on Elora's head. "Here I crown Elora Starlight, Queen of The Light Kingdom!," he announced and Elora stood up and walked over and sat down on her throne. "Long live The Queen!," Tarmac said. "Long live The Queen!," the people repeated and Elora glanced at Emersion who smiled proudly at her. Elora slowly stood up from her throne and the people in the hall bowed before her. "This day belongs to all of Lustillia," Elora announced, "My father promised to lead this Kingdom with justice, truth and love! And from this day, I intend to the same thing. This kingdom was built of light and hope, and it so it shall always remain! No one can ever take that away from us!," And the people cheered and clapped. Phalo smiled at his Queen. Elora smiled back. There was a silence for a few minutes when suddenly, the gates to the hall opened. Emersion couldn't believe his eyes. Nor could Faylinn. Amaranth stood in the doorway with a wicked smile on his face. "Well, well, what a beautiful sight," he smiled wickedly and walked towards Elora. Phalo immediately drew his sword. "You stay away from her, you devil!," he exclaimed but Amaranth sent Phalo aside to the floor and the people gasped. "I am sorry to be coming uninvited to this wonderful event," Amaranth said, "But I couldn't miss meeting the last Light elf Queen. Vynithel," And Elora swallowed. "What do you want?," she asked. Amaranth chuckled and Emersion looked at the demon angrily. "Did Emersion ever tell you what you really are?," he asked. Elora looked at him confused. "What are you talking about?," she asked suspiciously. Amaranth laughed a little. "You hold great power, child. Perhaps greater than anyone's ever known. But that's not what attracts me. It's what burns inside of you," And Elora felt her fear rise. Phalo stood up as he saw the demon approaching his cousin's daughter but Amaranth froze him with his magic. "Stay away from her!," Emersion exclaimed and took out his demon sword. Amaranth smiled wickedly and Elora swallowed in fear. Amaranth froze Emersion with his magic and Elora slowly backed. Amaranth chuckled wickedly. "Do not back away from me," And he trapped her against the wall with his magic. "That light that burns inside of you, it's what's going to save us," he began, "Adrienne is so sorry that she never got to meet you. But we're always watching over as the angels do," And Elora shook her head. "Stay away," and she raised her hand that was glowing with light magic. Amaranth grabbed her wrist hard and Elora swallowed. "Long May you reign," Amaranth smiled wickedly, "This is only the beginning," And he disappeared in a dark cloud of smoke.
Phalo hurried over to his cousin's daughter. "Are you alright? Did he hurt you?," Elora shook her head. "I'm fine," she assured him. And Emersion walked over to them. "Elora, you should take some rest," he declared. Elora looked up at Phalo confused. "Why did you do that? Protecting me without a thought?," And Phalo sighed, "I made a promise to your father to protect you no matter what happens. He named me your guardian," And Elora looked at him. "That's why you...," she sighed and left the hall, the people bowing before her.
