There's only one problem with falling it and out of love quickly. When falling in love life seems easier, like nothing could break the mirror of happiness that held a image of the love birds stood before it, like getting in a warm bath after a long week on your feet or a cozy hour  in front of a gas light fire in the cold night.

When falling apart, it's like a enemy has thrown a brick at the mirror of love and is now laughing form under the windowsill, in plain sight but still not found.

Similar to how y/n felt the in morning knowing she would see the man she hated for his smile of gold and brown hair that in just the right light held  a glistening tone.

Y/n swung her legs from under the blanket that held her body heat to dangle towards the floor beside her bed. She headed towards the bathroom to take a shower.the face that she met in the mirror didn't look like her own, it had red and puffy eyes that had massacre smudged under them followed by some left over eye liner on her water line. Y/n hated makeup but still insisted on wearing it.

Once the shower had warmed up she hopped in and started to scrub at her skin with a green and blue coloured loofah (😏) and some shower gel scented in strawberry lemonade and headed back to her room

When stood a her wardrobe she picked out a white turtle neck, a pattern skirt and a beige cardigan that had black buttons running down one side

Once dressed she look at herself in the mirror and practiced her fake smile wondering if anyone would even care if she didn't smile ,It just made her feel better about herself.

The time she was dreading had finally rolled around, it was time she left her home and head to the train station.

On the other hand Wilbur was sat patiently as usual waiting on the ever repeating smile he loved to see. However today was different. When y/n stepped onto the ever hated train she wasn't smiling. If it was anyone else Wilbur wouldn't care and probably wouldn't realise in the first place but even if she was visible upset y/n would always make a effort to smile, he didn't know why and to be honest he didn't think to much about it but he was curious about what happened to the not so smiley girl to make her this upset

He knew he hurt her but fucking hell did he hurt her to the point of no fixing it and there relationship to the point of no return.

Instead of over thinking it -like he always did with things like this- Wilbur sent y/n a text on e he got to his office

Wilbur🧍‍♂️:hey I know I'm probably not the person you want to talk to right now but you looked really upset earlier and I wondered if you wanted to talk about it

-Unexpectedly y/n actually replied saying-:

Y/n: hey thanks for looking out for me and I'm ok I think

And that was it Wilbur knew they could finger this out it might take a while but he knew it that moment that nothing could stop him from making this girl his...
