Both of them were corrupted by No-Visor.

In the Christmas special, Poopyfarts wears a plague doctor mask, like Dr. Docktor.

Both Aiden and Poopyfarts are brown.

What I'm thinking is that Poopyfarts made the same deal as Dr Docktor, however, he got corrupted and betrayed in "The Revenge of No-Visor"
