Po is about to be converted to a Jombie. Will his friends be able to save him in time? Let's read on and find out!

.

.

This was it. Po felt the cold green jade creeping up his body. Tears pricked his eyes as Kai- humongous now in his god-like form- glowered down at him. Po wracked his mind for any last-ditch plans to save himself, but it was no use.

Kai was too strong.

The jade encompassed Po's limbs and started circling his torso, making its way up to his neck. Kai's pace was considerably slower than normal. Kai's body- as powerful as it was- still had to work to accommodate Po's chi.

Po felt the jade harden on top of his chest- just above his heart- and Po would've shuddered. He tried to, but it was no use. The jade edged up towards his neck, cold and merciless.

Would his friends miss him? The thought invaded his mind like an arrow shot into the night. Would they even be alive by the next sunrise? Would they ever see the sunrise? Po teared up at the thought of his friends being ruthlessly slain by Kai.

The jade had covered his neck and spread to his face. He tried to flinch away from it, but Kai's grip on him was like a vice. Soon, it covered his eyes, and all Po could see was green.

{Please, no!} Po's mind screamed against the jade. {This can't be it!} There had to be something he could do! His body tried to thrash, but the jade prison held fast.

His friends and family were depending on him! He needed to fight! He didn't have a choice!

But, with every passing moment, the fight in Po turned to defeat. Surely there was absolutely no way he could defeat Kai now.

The jade slowly, ominously approached his muzzle, nearly completing Kai's trophy.

{Please,} Po thought as he felt his mind fading away, {let them all be safe.}

. . .

. . .

{Let them be safe...}

. . .

. . .

A warm paw placed itself on Po's cold, jaded chest. "Po, you taught us who we were meant to be." A voice spoke in his mind. "A father."

It was Li! Po felt hope in his heart as he felt his father's paw on his chest. The jade receded from his muzzle, and Po felt himself gasp in surprise.

"A friend." Even though he couldn't see her, he heard Tigress' soft voice in the void that was once the Spirit Realm. He teared up as he felt the warmness of her paw on his chest. The jade fled further from his face, and he opened his eyes in surprise. He was still trapped in Kai's hoof in what remained of the Spirit Realm, but he could feel Tigress and Li's paws on his chest, warm and inviting.

"A dumpling kicker." Klara's young, eager voice pierced the darkness, and a tiny hoofprint appeared on Po's stomach.

Kai's eyes widened as the jade receded from Po's body. He, too, heard the voices of Po's family from the mortal realm. His hoof opened up, revealing the prints on Po's body. His mouth opened in surprise as more and more pawprints and hoofprints appeared all over Po's body.

"A leader." Shui's motherly voice broke through the Spirit Realm. Po grinned as her paw appeared on his shoulder.

"A lethal fighting machine."

"A nunchuck chick." Mei Mei's soft voice graced Po's ears, and he watched her pawprint appear on his chest.

"Kung Fu Fighter!" Po's grin only grew wider and wider with every different voice that chimed in. With every voice came an accompanying paw on Po's stomach, chest, arm, and back.
