I tapped my leg nervously and kept glancing at Camilo and eventually he noticed.
"Hey, are you alright Y/n?" He whispered to me.
"Yeah"
Camilo noticed my leg tapping and he grabbed my hand and held it firmly over my leg and my leg stopped jigging.
"Camilo and Y/n both like each other and they should totally date!" Dolores said in a rush as if she couldn't help but expose our secret. Camilo exhaled and rested his forehead on the table for a few seconds.
"Seriously Dolores" I said.
"Well that's great, it definitely explains all the flirting" Pepa said like she already knew.
"Flirting? How-how did you know?" Camilo questioned.
"O cmon it's insane how much you guys flirt it was bound to happen sooner or later" 
The rest of the family seemed to agree although Aubela didn't say much and after dinner was over me and Camilo talked in his room.
"Camilo, are you willing to date me?" I said.
"Is that even a question? Ofc I am. Will you be my girlfriend Y/n?"
"Definitely" I smiled. Camilo shape-shifted into multiple people when I said that, as if he weren't able to control it.
"Would you maybe want to stay the night?" Camilo offered.
"Yeah sure, if it's ok with your family" I told him as I started to text my dad to tell him where I was.
"Cool" he went red and nervous. I grinned silently at him.
"Your so cute" I smiled flirtatiously.
"I'm cute am I?" he said flirtingly back as he took a few steps backwards.
"Am I also, handsome, charming and-" just then he lost his footing and fell backwards landing on his butt with his hair now in his face. I couldn't help but laugh.
"Yes, your also very clumsy" I smiled as I helped him up.
  
       //time skip//

after Camilo and I hung out with his cousins and siblings, it was getting darker and everyone started heading to bed. Camilo took me into his room.
"You can have my bed and I'll take the floor" he said to me.
"No, it's all good I'll take the floor" I told him.
"I said that I would, I usually end up on the floor anyways" he shrugged. I looked at him weirdly and giggled.
"Do you want to watch a horror movie? Don't worry I'll protect you" he teased. I hit him in the arm playfully and stepped closer to his face like we were about to kiss.
"Sure, but I don't go well with horror movies Chico (cutie)"  I said as I hinted to him to put it on anyways.
He put it on and we both laid on his bed. As it got further into the movie it got scarier and soon a jump scare came up and Camilo screamed a high pitch squeal that scared me more than the tv did. I laughed as he practically jumped in my lap. I found the movie quite interesting. It started getting scarier so I kept looking over to Camilo.
"You still ok with this Camilo, we can turn it off"
"Y-yeah I'm f-fine" he said while shaking.
After the movie was over we agreed to go to sleep and all the lights went off.

       //A few minutes later//

After watching that movie and then being in pitch black, I had to admit is pretty scary until I heard Camilo whisper to me.
"Y/n? You still awake"
"Yes" I whispered back.
"Can I come up with you, I am literally crapping myself right now and I forgot to shut the closet" he quivered. I couldn't even see him stand up but before I knew it he was right next to me and I felt a lot safer and so did he. We both fell asleep.
