"Honey, have you heard? Anastasia's wife committed suicide, she left her daughter with Anastasia"

Reine says as she drank her coffee as nothing happened days ago

"What? Did Anastasia even feel bad or anything?"

I asked and I stood up to hug her from behind, she then held my hand and turned to me to cup my cheeks

"I doubt that she felt bad, you know her... I won't let anyone harm you anymore, now that I'm here"

Reine mumbled and I smiled when she kissed my nose, I then wrapped my arms on her neck and smiled

"I'll protect you too"

I grinned and Reine lifted me so I cupped her cheeks and planted small kisses

"I will be the only one to protect you, believe in me sweetheart"

Reine winked at me causing me to laugh out loud

"Don't die on me Reiney, tell me what troubles you, we'll solve it together"

I whispered and Reine placed me on the counter then began kissing me slowly and passionately

She then pulled away and wiped my lips softly

"I missed you so much"

She grinned cutely but our cute moment got cut off when someone came in so I pushed her face away

"Victoria? Is that Anastasia's daughter?"

I asked in surprise when she was holding a girl who was hugging her stuffed toy

"Yeah, Calliope is not safe in Anastasia's hand so I brought her here, I hope you two don't mind-"

"It's fine, Vic"

I smiled and stared at the girl who was now hiding behind Victoria

"Sister... I wanna see Mommy"

She mumbled and nuzzle her face on Victoria's legs

"Hello! I'm Reine, now that we're not strangers what's your name?"

Reine giggled while crouching down to the girl, Calliope peeked a little and all Reine did was smile softly

"Calliope but Mommy calls me Lippe"

Calliope replied and Reine took something in her pocket then took out a candy

"We can be friends if you accept this candy"

Reine showed her the candy and Lippe let Victoria go and took the candy on Reine's hand

Calliope opened the candy and ate it, she went silent for a while then all of a sudden cried and that made us panic

"Lippe? What's wrong?"

I asked this time and picked her up

"It's sweet... its the same candy that Mommy gives me"

Calliope says and I caressed her back while she cries

"Its gonna be okay baby"

I whispered still caressing her back softly but I heard that idiot saying something to Victoria

"Yeah, your Mama... she's still so hot, see that ass-"

"Reine there's a kid here, shut up"
