poem

there should be some kind of poem i could write with the feelings im feeling right now but i can't really come up with the words

i cant really come up with the words

except im sitting alone
in the dark
at home for the first time in months
finally settling in
but the closer i get to family
the farther you drift away
am i supposed to make a choice between them at some point?
how do i let you go?
why do i have to let you go?
why can't i just have you, no strings attached?
