after losing everything, where do you go? it's a question mollie mccloud had once asked herself as a young teenager, running through the mud and the rain to escape a hoard of dead on her tail. in that messy, emotional moment, she didn't have an answer.
though, it wouldn't take her long to find a fitting place with an even more fitting name. the kingdom was salvation, in a sense. a shining beacon in the ever-darkening world, it's sturdy walls providing more than just physical safety.
safely behind the walls, mollie finds that while the human world isn't exactly what she'd always imagined, many parts-even now-are better. she still has a lot to learn, and just like any teenager, she thinks she knows just about everything.
