obviously, they aren't just friends, but they also aren't lovers, nor enemies... what are they? their emotions and relationships just as complicated as their story after they've met, it's almost as if they pulled a trigger and didn't notice somethin...
as I was with Juyeon, casually talking and cuddling for 3 hours now, we watched some random videos while chatting things out, about us
I could say we did confess to each other after I explained to him I was afraid of being liked and like someone back, he told me it's not weird to feel like this, it actually made me feel nice, that we won't judge me for how I look differently as things, and I don't necessarily find them as they are from other's points of views
"if you feel like you're not ready mentally to be in a relationship, but feels like it's the right time, you shouldn't force yourself to do a step forward idiot" he laughed as he flicked my forehead
"what the fuck was that for?" I groaned as I pulled my head up from his shoulder and sat, looking at him with a frown
"you're exactly like the Nabi from Nevertheless" he pointed at the TV "you act like you follow your called relationship but deep inside you start falling for the person, get jealous and distracted but don't want to be in a relationship, don't you think?"
"maybe- aish whatever you dumbfuck" I rolled my eyes before moving on the edge of the bed and grabbing my crunches "I'm going to ask Kevin to make something good, I'm hungry"
"I can make your food-"
"no!" I panicked as I saw him getting up "I don't wanna eat your food, you made good ramen last time, but everything that was bad except the chees you put on top. I don't want to get food poisoned after almost healing my leg" I said as I walked up to the door opening them
When I did that, I nearly got a heart attack because I saw Sangyeon standing inches from me, stumbling back I dropped one of my crunches and almost fall because I couldn't stand well on my leg yet. Before I could hit the ground, I felt hands catching my back and waist as the crunches made loud thumb after hitting the floor.
"Miyeon-"
"Are you okay Miyeon!?" Sangyeon asked cutting Juyeon off, as he held me in his arms, after breathing out the air I took excepting to fall on the ground, I felt like my heart would pop out any second, I almost died not because of the fall but my heart beating too fast
"y-yea... I'm fine just- shocked" I cleared my throat as I got held by Sangyeon as he helped me stand safely, before picking up one of the crunches "thanks for saving my fall"
"no problem, also Kevin asked me to go for you, he's making food so he couldn't go here himself" he explained as he bend down to get another crunch but Juyeon was faster this time and hand me it
"you could've texted, I'd help her down since we were watching TV in her room," he said with a salty tone
"I thought you're with Hyunjae?" he raised his eyebrow as Juyeon sighed
"he's sleeping in your room since he said your bed is better than his. We were supposed to call Mr. Uri and answer if we wanted to officially start the real training under his name-"
"you what?" I asked as I looked at him
"oh- uhm" Juyeon then cleared his throat "well we kind of, joined Mr. Uri in the special training... not like in fighting- well some did, but we tried something new for fun and some of us got well in them so he asked us all if we would like to work for him but as anonymous members," he said with an awkward smile
"you're kidding... even Jacob?" I scoffed "why didn't you tell me earlier, you shouldn't join this," I said with anger but I remanded my voice calm
"Miyeon we won't risk anything, you know well Mr. Uri holds his member's identity under key he only has access to" Juyeon smiled hoping to make the atmosphere less tight
"you're fucking dumb? My identity was on the so-called safe list yet it wasn't safe at all for anyone, Chanhee got hurt and lost his memory, I got used even if I thought I was just let go. Eunwoo almost died and so did Mr. Uri, but they didn't because I knew Mrs. Uri. They all could've died because of me and not Dranko, but still, it all was in Dranko's plan. There's no such 'safe' in these things. They all go another way around too. If Mrs. Uri wouldn't know me, she wouldn't stop Eunwoo and he could've killed me, even if he didn't want to, he still had to because I would kill his boss first. Chanhee would also get killed if not me begging for saving him, Dranko would steal his money and kill him off before holding me hostage and one day killing me off if only I was useless in his plan" I said in an average of tears, as Juyeon stayed quiet Sangyeon patted my back
"Miyeon... We all know you've been thought a lot, and even I didn't want them at first to join, but if anything familiar to what happened before would have a place, we would stop things faster. But since everything's back to normal, we can enjoy time together as a big family and only get better with protecting our losest one in time we could use to train" Sangyeon explained softly as I stayed quiet
"I don't want that. I don't want any of you to be part of what I was part of. Especially not when the mafia these days works fast and bloody, and not quiet and sneaky" I glared at both of them before walking off
"Miyeon wait, you can't-"
"I can do whatever I fuck want, and you can too. Join all you want, just know that you won't have an easy life after" I sighed as I helped myself get off the stairs slowly
"I think she's right" the voice belonged to other than Sangyeon or Juyeon
"Hak, why did you come out of my room?" Juyeon asked as Haknyeon chuckled
"don't try switching the topic, I know you like her. If you care for her you shouldn't risk the very first steps after making her open up to you" he then looked at Sangyeon "and you should have more father like points of view like you had before, you're the oldest after all hyung"
after that Haknyeon passed past both of them before approaching Miyeon who was struggling on 5th step from 30 others, helping her he placed his right arm around her back and other placed her left arm around his neck while holding the crunches in it
I think I'm gonna put shorter chapters with other members to explain their relationship with the main drama queen- I mean the main character ofc hehe.
Since I've got some assignments and exams on my head I also might either upload once a week or upload 1-3 chapters at once 😪 okay, that's all from me for now-
