that i want to hear your voice first thing in the morning, to see the crinkles on your eyes and the smile on your face, the first thing I see when I wake up.
How do I tell you that you're my favourite view?
That you made my life and that you're the best thing that has ever happened to me.
That my fear is drifting away and it's because of you.
How do I tell you that I like the way your fingers wrap around my hand, the way they stroke the back of my head.
Your voice that takes me home.
How do I tell you that you are my home?
How do I tell you that I'll miss you?
That I miss you?
I hope you're okay, I want you to be.
I hope you know that you're the best thing that happened to me.
I wish I could tell you this without me making it seem
Like I'm locking you down or I am clingy.
And the last thing I want to lose is someone like you.
