Hey everyone, this is a bonus chapter since I took longer to write another chapter
Also this is NOT canon to my story. But this was an alternate ending to the previous chapter, which would've created a whole other situation that I wasn't too fond of and didn't want to write
Also this was the original title of that chapter!

WHERE THE ALTERNATE ENDING STARTS IN THE LAST CHAPTER:
"I've always wanted to venture out here" Dolores said, breaking the silence
"I don't come to the edge of town often, but every time I do, it's sort of comforting" she continued
"I'm further from everyone else and I hear water flowing. It's nice"
"You must be talking about Angelita" I quickly replied
Camilo and Dolores both looked at me confused.
"Oh, there's a small lake out here. My Abuelo named it Angelita...when he first fled here, he was saved by this lake. He lost his spouse, everything. He said a small angel lead him here" I admitted
"What did he flee from? Your Abuelo?" Camilo asked
"Our Abuela also fled from danger. That's how our Abuelo was lost. And also how we got our Encanto" Dolores asked
"I'm not sure. Some political or military conflict. 50 years ago" I said
"Hey, why don't we go see the lake right now" I proposed the idea out loud
"I- I don't know. I don't want to be too late...someday" Dolores said. I would've left it at that, but she looked saddened
Me and Camilo both looked at each other sympathetically
I finally turned to Dolores. "Why don't we make someday today"

That's it! Nothing special. But I didn't really like this ending and I felt like it would've took away even more from a fanfic that's supposed to be with Camilo
