after jaune told summer that she'll be in a wheelchair when she'll see her family, they made they're way to meacon academy so that way summer will be reunited with her daughter ruby and allowed jaune to give yang her punichment. when they arrived and the students saw jaune walk out of the drophship, they were in a complete shock of seeing the missing team leader of the legendary team STRQ and wanted to know why she's still alive, but he told them all will be explained in no timea nd that right now, she needs to see her daughter after being gone for so many years as they were on the way to his team's dorm room and knocked on the door
phyrra: come in.
she said as jaune came in with a big smile on his face, making his friends/teammates/girlfriends/brother worry
gary: are you ok, jaune?
jaune: oh yeah, i'm fine.
ruby: so what did nova want?
she said with a smile
jaune: oh she wanted me to do some things, my friend...and they found, someone you know.
he said as she was confused until that someone came in the room, making everyone shocked, especially ruby for seeing the one person who she fought was dead after she went on that mission so many years ago
ruby: (tears up) m, mom?
summer: (smiles) ruby.
she said as ruby got up from the bed and hugged her mom tightly and started crying, making everyone smile at the reunion, but a question popped up in ruby's head and said this to jaune...
ruby: jaune, where did you find her?
jaune: hey, don't ask me, ask nova.
he said as nova entered the room
nova: let's just say, one of my troops back at our first remnant base found her all bruised up and quickly notified me after putting her in my base's medbay, and we've been taking care of her for a couple of days.
jaune: and when i met her, i thought ''hey, this could be a great way to strengthen me and ruby's friendship once i reunite her with ruby'', so i did it anyway.
ruby thought about it and said this as she hugged jaune
ruby: (sniffs) thank you, jaune.
jaune: you're welcome. and now if you excuse me, i'm going to tell professor ozpin about my findings, and by findings, i mean me finding summer. speaking of which, i believe you ahve some catching up to do, you know ''family stuff''.
he said as blake started to say something
blake: jaune, wait. before you go i have to ask you something.
jaune: yeah, blake what is it.
blake: you know the beacon dance is next week right?
jaune raised an eyebrow
jaune: where are you going with this?
blake: (blushes) i asked phyrra and velvet if they wanted to go with you, if that's ok i mean.
jaune thought about it, thinking that this could be a great idea to strengthen their relationships a bit more as he said
jaune: tell phyrra and velvet i said yes, sweet kitten.
he said as blake smiled, blushed at that nickname, and went to tell the girls what jaune said to her as he left to tell ozpin that summer is alive and almost well.
