chapter eight- spiderman

Ashes/pov

I suddenly heard a voice echo behind me saying

'isn't it rude to kiss a girl without consent'

who were they I thought I looked up to see who it was but before I could see them they immediately lepted to the ground and that's when an almighty fight happened between the guy and the men

After a few minutes some of the men started running away then all of them ran away I was still standing there shocked with the situation but when I glanced up I saw a guy standing in a red suit his face and head was covered with a mask and you could also clearly see his abs I was blushing bright red I stuttered quickly

't-thanks for s-saving me who are you'

The guy quickly commented

'spiderman do you know me'

I shook my head I was still blushing but I knew after that situation this was something sensational I explained disappointedly

'I do know you but everyone in my family wants to keep your name out of their mouths'

spiderman glanced into my eyes and giggled softly

'well you've seen me now so yeah'

I started shivering because of how cold it was I was drenched and spiderman could clearly see I was freezing so he asked

'hey'

He paused his sentence possibly trying to think what to say next but I quickly responded

'oh you want my name it's ash'

He then added on

'thank you ash may I take you home'

I thought for a minute thinking if it was a good idea to be taken home by a guy in a red suit and shoots webs I immediately nodded my head quickly and he muttered

'ok hold on tight'

He rapped his arms tightly around me and I rapped mine around his shoulders he immediately shot out a web I quickly hid my head squinting my eyes as he started swinging through the cold miserable air

The cold air was hitting my skin I couldn't believe it I was saved by spiderman my thoughts were racing through my head was I dreaming all I could see was every building rush by and the cars and people down below spiderman then asked me

'I forgot to ask you where do you live'

I didn't know what to say at first but I managed to say while pointing

'you see that massive posh looking white house over there that's my house'

He started swinging closer and closer to the location once we arrived he let go of me I whispered so my parents didn't hear me

'thanks for the ride before I go thank you for saving me I'll see you around I guess'

He then shot a web and swung off I raced to the front door of my house immediately I knew my parents were going to extremely worried I exhaled quickly before entering the house I closed the door quietly and stumbled to the living room I slowly entered seeing my parents sitting on the couch my mum shrieked

'WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN WE WERE TRYING TO CALL YOU BUT YOU DIDN'T ANSWER OUR CALLS EXPLAIN NOW'

Both of them were now staring at me I didn't want to tell them the truth because if I spoke or said anything about Spiderman they would've kicked me out I complained frustrated with them

'Well I had to walk home you never bother to pick me up when it rains or any other day so I had to walk all the way home'

After I said that My dad screamed

'WELL WE'RE BUSY TOO YOU HAVE THREE OTHER SIBLINGS WE HAVE TO TAKE CARE OF WE CAN'T JUST TAKE CARE OF YOU YOU UNGRATEFUL BITCH'

My mom forcefully pushed me to the floor while yelling

'STOP BEING SO SELFISH AND HELP CLEAN UP THIS HOUSE'
