chapter thirteen- split

*A few weeks later

It was the day before the party I was a little nervous but I knew whatever happened tomorrow would be remembered by all

I was with Peter that day we were out in city just chilling and walking around we were sitting on a bench in a local park before peter started looking concerned I quickly asked him

'peter what's going on is everything alright'

He ignored me I was starting to lose my temper with him he'd been ignoring me and the others for quite some time now and the strange thing about it was spiderman was around a lot more basically everyone could see him everyday swinging around the city I slapped peter lightly on the cheek and yelled so he could hear me

'HELLO ARE YOU GOING TO TALK TO ME OR WHAT WHAT'S GOING ON'

Peter mumbled worriedly

'nothing it's nothing you don't have to worry about me'

He quickly got up from the bench and started heading to wherever I shouted loudly while catching up to him

'OII WHERE THE BLOODY HELL DO YOU THINK YOU'RE GOING'

Peter commented

'I'm I'm going home I have loads of homework to do'

I started to think there was something suspicious about peter he'd been making up excuses a lot lately I began to shriek

'YOU'RE LYING WHERE ARE YOU ACTUALLY GOING'

Peter stared into my eyes at this point he looked even more suspicious his eyes were wide open and he was looking down at the ground he explained awkwardly

'please listen ash I can't tell you'

I was now face to face with Peter all I could do was stare at him he was blushing in embarrassment as I just stood there waiting for him to give me an answer finally I asked him in a stern tone

'what can't you tell me what's going on'

Peter added

'I can't tell you it's private you wouldn't understand'

peter then ran off from the whole situation I was going to run after him but I didn't have the energy to chase him all over city so I screamed while I could still see him running further and further away

'YOU KNOW WHAT LEAVE ME LEAVE ME LIKE EVERY OTHER MOTHERFUCKER DOES I HOPE I DON'T SEE YOU AGAIN YOU LYING ASSHOLE'

I stormed off home not looking back at Peter who had already disappeared from my eyes once I got home I stamped furiously upstairs all I could do for the rest of the evening was lay on my bed I wasn't motivated in doing anything I knew I was going to feel shit tomorrow because I just lost my friend and I'd probably rip someone's heart out their chest

After laying there for a few minutes I heard a light knock at my window I started panicking as I shoved the dress into my wardrobe once it was in my wardrobe I quickly shut the wardrobe doors and rushed to the window to open my blinds to see who knocked it was spiderman his rough hands were gripped tightly to the window I opened up the window to let him inside as soon as he got inside and slammed the window shut I whispered silently

'you know my parents and siblings will probably hear you so please whisper or I'll be dead meat'

He nodded as he crept over to my bed and slowly sat down he asked

'jeez why are your parents so strict'

I explained

'I don't really know to be honest maybe they're just overprotective of me'

An hour or two had passed me and spiderman were talking about random crap before spiderman whispered

'I have to head off now good luck with the party tomorrow'

He then opened the window slowly before clambering out I immediately rushed over to see him swing off in the distance I sighed romantically as I leaned my head on the windowsill the cold breeze was hitting my skin softly and my hair was blowing lightly in the calm breeze suddenly I heard my dad called loudly

'HOW MANY FUCKING TIMES DO WE HAVE TO CALL YOU COME DOWNSTAIRS RIGHT NOW WE NEED TO HAVE AN IMPORTANT CHAT WITH YOU AND YOUR SIBLINGS'

I angrily closed the window and stomped downstairs once I entered the living room I slopped down on the couch next to jennie my mom and dad were once again standing in front of the TV like security guards my mom seriously announced

'remember you lot the party is tomorrow so I want all of you on your best behaviour for when the family arrives because they don't want to see you acting like a three year old having a temper tantrum'

My dad added on

'remember the rule is don't ruin the family reputation or will probably be classed as the most embarrassing family in the world'

My dad stared deeply into my eyes like a bull who was going to eat your whole organs he snarled

'and ash if you mess up this party like the previous ones you'll be grounded when we get home do you understand'

I nodded my head quickly without saying another word to him I knew tomorrow would be a living hell my family would want me to act perfect
