If I choose Kushida X Ayanokoji route
Then you guys will be seeing a monster duo, combination of two sadists destroying others.

There will be some kind of romance but not a open form of relationship
There won't be much lemon moments and probably only a few hugs, Kushida won't admit to her loving Ayano and neither does Ayanokouji .
In this route Ayanokouji will try to make her the queen of the grade or even the whole school , he will even try to expel Ichinose for making Kushida the most loved one in the grade, as currently she is only second to Ichinose.
You can expect a lot of character development from kushida and i have a lot of plans for the evil monster duo
If I choose Kei X Ayanokoji route
In this route Kei will ask our boy to be her boyfriend because currently Ayanokoji is the most popular guy in the whole grade , even more popular than Hirata, Offcourse this is beneficial to kei since it will not only raise her popularity by pretending to be his girlfriend but also will scare others since Ayanokouji is also known as a tyrant accross the grade, so no one will mess with her
In this route Kei and Ayanokouji both will plenty of character development and Unlike Kushida route Ayanokouji feels genuine love towards Kei after a while and Kei feels the same too .
Ayanokouji will use her as a textbook of love There will be plenty of romance scenes and sex scenes too and it will be wholesome.
In this route Ayanokouji will make Kei a true leader of the girls in the class by trying to eliminate Kushida and exposing her , he will also make plans to raise Kei's status over the grade.
Also in this route He will truly love Kei after a while, and an interesting plot were Ryuen finnally finds Ayano's weakness and try to blackmail kei kind of scene also occurs.
With her Ayanokouji finnally learns how to be human and how to feel love
