𝙿𝚊𝚛𝚝 𝟷𝟽: 𝙸 𝙳𝚒𝚍𝚗'𝚝 𝙼𝚎𝚊𝚗 𝙸𝚝

I awkwardly walk down the hallway with Steve. We're outside on the balcony. His room is being worked on after Rocket stole a pipe that was in the bathroom

I leaned over the railing. Considering running for 5 seconds

"That night you came back...what do you mean you remember Maria and Howard" he looks at me

I blow out a slow breath. I don't wish to remember what happened before I woke up. But it's strange I remember them. There facial features are fuzzy now but there voices...

"I was with them" I close my eyes trying to remember what exactly happened "I woke up in a white room. And they were just standing there"

I don't know why he wants to know about it. There's nothing much to it

"Did they mention how they died at all?" Steve sounded a bit nervous when he said that

"Yes. Maria said she forgives him. And that she knew it wasn't really him. Howard though...he..." I bite my tongue in order not to cry but it doesn't work

"Aeron...what did he say" Steve turns towards me stands up straight. He puts his hands on my shoulders and now looks fully worried

"He said that...he would kill him and he would kill...you. I-if he ever saw both you" I look at him. I can feel the tears running down my cheeks.

Steve wipes the tears away and pulls me into a hug. "Did he say anything else...after that" he sounds like he regrets asking me that

"He was quite...but he listened more than talked" he still had me in a tight hug

He pulled away and put on a small smile

"I've never met Maria only Howard" he begins to say "Howard has always been protective. And stubborn" he lets out a small laugh and it makes me smile

"Steve...she's watching you" I laughed a little because Maria has the biggest smile on her face while her arms are crossed

"Can you tell her I'm sorry that I never meant to hurt him or her neither did James"

I signaled to her to come over. Steve was confused so I took his hand into mine and let him see what I was seeing

"Holy shit. Hi" Steve looks at Maria with wide eyes

'Hello darling' She said 'I'm sorry about Howard...he's still angry but now it's worse'

"I-it's fine...oh my god what the hell" I can't tell if going to have a heart attack or if he's about to pass out.

"Aeron why does it look like Steve shit himself" James said from the doorway of the balcony

'May I talk to him?' Maria said both me and Steve looked at her. Poor Steve looks pale

"Yea you can. James come here" he looks at me with squinted eyes

"Am i going to die?" James questioned

'You traumatized this poor kid already?' Steve laughed and I stuck my touch out to her

"Someone wants to say hello" I adjust to where I'm in between Steve and James holding both of their hands

'Can he hear me?' I nod and smile and tug on James hand to say something

"No fucking way..." I've never seen him cry before until now "I'm so sorry I-I didn't mean to do it, it wasn't my mind I'm sorry" Maria walked over and gave James a hug

'I'm not upset I lived a long enough time to watch Tony grow into...someone I don't think I raised but I watched him grow up that's all that I care about' Steve wispers that he should go he said goodbye to Maria now it's just the three of us

It was a rough 30 minutes for James. Maria told him about Howard and how she wants to slap him but can't. It was more than likely an overwhelming experience for him but I'm glad he got to say what he wanted

James is sleeping next to me with his legs just hanging off the bed. The poor guys about to fall off

"He's going to fall off"

"No shit  Sherlock I didn't see" I walk around to his side of the bed and gently place his legs back on the bed and lay his blanket over him again and kiss his forehead

"I haven't seen the little child in a while or Raven" ITS 1 AM WE CAN HAVE THIS DISCUSSION IN A FEW HOURS

"Pietro is babysitting while I get better and Ravens on strike because I wouldn't let him eat a rabbit" Pietro actually stole her from me and I'll probably never see her again

"You haven't told them yet have you." I sigh and sit on the bed facing that thing

"No I haven't and I don't want to" My brain feels like it's going to explode

"Aeron stop trying to hide it I don't even know why you bother to hide it in the first place" the dark shadow is in front of me kneeling down

"The minute I show what I can really do is the day the have to leave"

"Why? You have a useful ability-"

"That can kill everyone!" I look back to see if
I woke James accidentally. Realizing I don't I stand up to face the shadow "I've heard what my future could be and I really don't want to chose the wrong one."

"But you won't"

"You don't know that. Unless there's something you'd wish to tell me"

"There isn't but I don't see why you'll have to run away if they find out"

"Because I don't feel like killing any of them accidentally" I start walking over to my side of the bed because I've had enough

"You can't keep suppressing your powers Aeron. That can and will kill you over time"

"I've been told that as well now I want to sleep because my head hurts"

"I understand master, goodnight" the shadow bows before disappearing into thin air

I was just about to get into bed when yet another person walked into the room

"Please leave I would like to sleep-"

I sat up and decided to look at the figure that's watching me attempt to go to bed

"I uh...never seen you before..."

She gives me a small nod. She's pretty though

"Do you have a name?"

She nods again

"What is your name?"

She smiles then disappeared like the shadow. She wasn't like the others people I see. She wasn't a fuzzy image. You could clearly see her what I'm guessing is her old school military uniform, her hair, and face

I shrugged it off deciding to go back to bed. I turned on my side to lay my head on James chest. I like hearing his heartbeat after not hearing it for years
