The day after the scrimmage game Spencer and Madison walk into school all eyes on Spencer since he made the team win yesterday making him feel good when he suddenly gets stopped by Billy.

"Spencer, Madison!" Billy said and Spencer and Madison came up and Spencer came up with a big smile but Madison had a worried look on her face seeing Billy's worried look.

"So we have a problem. Ah, Chatsworth is contesting your transfer permit." Billy said changing Spencer smile into a worried look.

—-In Billy's office—-

"We're gonna fight this." Billy said

"We better." Madison basketball coach said

"They're accusing us of recruiting. You're gonna stand there and tell me it's not true?" Principle Landon said

"Their straight-A students." Billy said

"And that's why the football coach went down to Crenshaw to recruit him, and his sister because their smart? That's not gonna fly, not with the board." Principle Landon said

"OK, what if they moves to this zip code? Billy said

"That's not possible" Madison said

"Yo, my moms can barely afford to give us lunch money. You think she can afford to move us to Beverly Hills?" Spencer said

"OK, we're gonna figure this out." Billy said

"We better because I just got her no way I am giving her back the team needs her." Madison coach said.

"How will we figure it out?" Madison said

"Look, face it, Coach, it's over." Spencer said

"Maybe there's another way." Billy said

—-After that at the James house in Crenshaw-—

Madison and Spencer went home back to Crenshaw after school to convince their mother about the plan so that they could stay at Beverly.

"You're sure about this?" Grace said

"No. But it's the only way to stay." Spencer said

"Living in Beverly Hills." Grace said

"Just during the week." Madison said

"That way I qualify for the district." Spencer said

"And I could get scouted mom it's just more opportunity there for the both of us at Beverly." Madison said

"With Coach Baker?" Grace said

"With Coach Baker and his family." Spencer said

"On weekends, will be home with you." Madison said

"Look, Ma, if you don't want this, we won't go." Spencer said

"OK, just say the word and will call them." Madison said

"No. I asked you both to give yourselves a chance at something more. And, uh, this is the, uh, the only way to do it." Grace said and Spencer nodded to Dillion to walk up since he was listening and just standing right there.

"Way I see it, y'all gotta go. This is what's best for you both. If you two can do it, make something of yourselves. Also, can I have your room Spencer? Dillon said

"Nah, definitely not." Spencer said

"Come here I think we could use a family group hug." Madison said and pulled her mom and brothers in for a group hug.

—-After at the Bakers house in Beverly Hills—-

After saying goodbye to their mom and Dillion and packing some of their things Madison and Spencer finally made it to the Baker house.
