The new order of the multiverse was formed by Edward and Evie after the fall of the S.L.M.E and the D.R.M. The wound at the center of the multiverse prevents people from entering there. There are still lingers in the light and dark but who knows what is out there.
The eye of the multiverse is still unknown and Kask went into hiding and dies of very old age. Edward and Evie went into the devil town to organize the people around there. Some people wanted to rule the multiverse for themselves.
The wound of the multiverse gives them the contrast of both ideas. Perhaps, all things are under control for now.
