Relationship Loyalty is for people who have a lover or a love relationship with someone else. As long it is high that certain person can only see you as a friend and nothing else, even if their affection is max out! The only way to weaken their loyalty for their lover is to make them dislike their lover or show them that you are much better than their current lover.
