Man that was a lockdown!! Poltergeists disembodied voices the works. I was pumped but happy. Me and the Ga crew pulled into the ranch, One Eye was sorting out one of our heavy load tractors. He and Cassie got married recently and he seemed so happy she was a lovely woman always smiling and laughing. Just like my Tempest.
We went into the main house and were met with yells "Daddy!Daddy! Daddy! Mommy Daddy's home!"
I was tackled to the ground by four joyful kids I gave a surprised 'ooff'
"We missed you daddy" "You were gone foreverrrrr"
I laughed and grabbed Alex, Aaron, Athena and Adam in a hug laughing. Gracie jumped around us barking and whining
I heard a deep laugh "KIDS!! your poor dad" I looked up and saw my beautiful wife standing there wiping her hands smiling.
I looked at Aaron goofing with Jasmine and Michael Nick being attacked by Annabelle and Jake
I pulled Tempest down for a hug and kiss
"EEEEWWWWW" all the kids chorused.
Tempest grinned "EWW huh come here you little toerags"
A massive chase throughout the house ensued. I have never heard such a commotion. One Eye came in to investigate and the kids ran to him
"granpa! daddy kissed mommy and she gonna get us. Help !!!" They shrieked with laughter as he grabbed them
"I will save you kids hang on!!"
He sprinted through the house and put them on the sofa where Me Nick and Aaron were hiding
"GOTCHA!!"
A few minutes later after the tickle fight died down, I saw my beautiful wife leaning on the door frame smiling
She mouthed "love you"
"Love you too" I mouthed back.
I had never felt so happy and content.
I watched as Tempest and the other women gathered up our now sleepy kids for bed. I marvelled at how I had managed to get such a powerhouse as a wife... A powerhouse named Tempest
