My first life was so boring, just forget I mentioned it
And my second seemed to let me do all of the things my first life didn't

"What's he on about?" Idaho whispered to Arizona, true nobody could have more lives, sure they couldn't die that easily but still.

Third life was a hateful man, all poison to the bone
In my fourth, I played piano, but just didn't have the eyes to read the notes

Washington almost threw up, he had poked his eyes into the back of his head, and then pulled them back out. Oregon was gaging just the same.

In my fifth life, I supported girls - of course, that wasn't all
My sixth life was corrupted, though I guess it was little fun

He held up a hand of cards, his rings reflecting the light as he slammed on the table a royal flush on the table, just as you would to win a game of poker.

Seventh life I cried so much, and all I did was mourn
In my eighth life, was so rich, I could've bought the world and EVERYTHING

Gold coins in between his fingers each one could be worth a good 10,000

In this life is a game played by a flaky god
He gambles every life
Try to escape but you know the path you're on is game and set

This was getting somewhat out of hand, what was he on about?! He pulled out a document and handed it Texas.

See how the game of life is playing all of us for fools
Dancing a string around us, making all these silly rules

California wondered, did he know something the rest of them didn't? That's when he turned back to see Texas almost in tears

See how he looks down on us like we're acting out a show
Throw the dice and let's see which head will roll...

California took the document and read it, the hell? It was Mexico's plans to take back  Texas.

By nine, I drew some manga but the deadlines left me dead
My tenth life was a teacher, as a pedo***** I worked part time

Turning his attention away from Texas who had gotten up and left, Florida on his tail.

Next life, what, eleven? Sorry, I try to forget...
Never could describe how awful -

He looked down and shook his head,

no, I'm terrified to think of all
The things that such a die can do, kinda crazy
Deciding everyday
Try to escape but the days repeat and keep you here to stay

He pulled his hand out of his pocket now balancing 3 dice atop each other,

See how the game of life is never won, you only play
Bore him and you will find you're crumpled up and thrown away

He offered a hand to Oklahoma pulling him out of his chair, and placing the dice in his hands

Clinging to fate and blaming it when life won't go your way
Such a laugh. HA! Life is just a game..

Other states started to try and get him to sit down and stop but he didn't listen. Just kept talking to Oklahoma only

Cry out all your eyes or win a new fortune
The chance is one out of six
Try to escape, why not try your luck and see what you may get?

He put his hands on Oklahoma's shoulders and whispered in his ear barely audible to the others at the table.

He rolled the dice, which landed on a 1 and you could tell there was something about to go down at least for Oklahoma.

Sickly grinning downward, tosses out a pair of dice
Cheating way around the board, "Ah, this is paradise"

For a brief moment you could see red strings on Oklahoma's arms and neck but then it was gone.

People praying on their knees but no one there to hear
Ah, look down at all the puppets here
Ah, look up at all the puppeteers

Oklahoma sat down, shaking, as Nevada walked away smirking, leaving the meeting room. Oklahoma was no longer in control of his own state.
