Dabi and hawks have three children
I couldn't find a pic for third but i want them to be triplets
There is some spoiler of manga just saying

The one with red hair will be named Todoroki Hotaru:
-he has red hair same color of his grandfather enji
-has the same blue eyes life his father dabi
-has blue wings that is bigger than his brother but smaller that his father's wings, can fly using his wings
-also can use his feathers like hawks
- additional quirk he can create ice like his uncle shoto and his grandmother.
Personality:
Smart, quite one he likes to talk to his father, even though he has different quirk than his father he likes to train with him, he likes to help around, doesn't get angry easily but if he got angry then run away as fast as you can

The one with white hair
Todoroki Hato :
- he has white hair like his grandmother
- he has his father bright yellow eyes
- he has small white wings unfortunately he can't fly yet i will make some changes to make the wings grow as he grows up but he can use the feathers like his father
- additional quirk he can create fire not blue but orange fire like his uncle and grandfather enji
- his body can tolerate his fire unlike his father
Personality:
The playful one , he likes to train a lot so he can be a hero someday, he is smart but he likes to act like he isn't, he likes to prank his brothers, he stopped pranking his father cuz one time dabi got so angry and he didn't talk to him for days until Hato cried and apologized many time, loves his brothers very much and his father.

The third one
Todoroki Torou:
-he has red dark hair with a little of yellow
- he has different colored eyes one is dark blue while the other is bright yellow
- he doesn't have wings
- he can create blue fire like his father dabi
- his body can tolerate his fire unlike his father but if he used it too much it will burn him
- additional quirk he can create ice but in small amount as his body can't tolerate the cold, he can use the orange fire also
Personality:
He has his father dabi's personality being quite an all, with dark humor and a lot of smirks he is really close to his father, he is kinda of bad boy but inside he is the biggest softie, he loves his father very much and his brothers he would do anything to keep them safe and unharmed, he doesn't like to use blue fire because his father's scars and he is afraid to hurt his brothers.

Torou is the oldest then Hotaru then Hato
Even though Hotaru isn't the oldest he is the most reliable one so touya trust Hotaru for taking care of his brothers as he is the calmest one

Dabi and hawks have been together for about a year before the mission that was handed to him by the commission he got pregnant and he give birth to Hato, Hotaru and Torou, dabi still was a villain as he wanted to take revenge from his father Todoriki enji,
When hawks got the mission from the commission he didn't tell anyone even dabi, he convinced dabi to make him join the league, dabi agreed but he was afraid that hawks will betray him, but since hawks give birth to his children who were at the time about 4 or 5 months old, dabi believed hawks but still had his suspicious which turned out true, after hawks killed twice and betrayed them, the league who considered him a family especially dabi and twice.
Dabi was too furious and betrayed, he was numb that his lover his mate, betrayed him.
Dabi burned hawks a little as he didn't want him dead so he took him to the heroes then he left, took his children and left.
The league of villains didn't know where's dabi or they claim they don't, the heroes don't know neither.
Dabi left not knowing what to do or what to say to his children when they grow up but he only know one thing that he won't forgive hawks or the heroes.
After 2 years from that war things got quite the league of villains got separated some of them got caught while the others stayed in the shadow.
Dabi's story is told to the world how enji made him train hard till bruises and broken bones by his father while he was young but when they found out how his body is weak for his fire he got thrown away by his father calling him useless, the world hated enji but a hero is a hero and they needed number 1 and number 2 hero.
Also the 2nd fight where the number 1 hero and AFO fought
Enji won that fight with all the heroes, but they understood some of the pain that caused the villains to become that way that's why the heroes started a villain rehab, some of league got in there, anyway this story takes us after 4 and half years from that fight
No one knows where's dabi not his family and not hawks who was shocked from the truth about dabi's past and he wanted to find dabi as the guilt ate him alive.

the Todoroki family are searching for dabi and they know that dabi has the kids, hawks told them and the consider hawks as a family.
Dabi ran away with his three kids he left Japan he found an isolated island with a small population so he stayed there working, also he found a doctor whose quirk is just like recovery girl that can repair his skin but it would cause some pain as it isn't fully healed  so now his scars are mostly healed especially those scars in his face, the scars that's on his chest where hard to heal but it got faded a little, he removed the staples that was around his scars, dabi still has his piercings ( cuz i love them ✨),
He died his black hair to light blue, so dabi who now goes by Touya looks completely different so it was hard to find them he changed his and the kids last name to a fake name just to be sure, last one: before his disappearance dabi stole a lot of money from his father's bank who is loaded, he also stole money from the yakuza before they got caught that money was enough for them to stay in a good and big house for him and his kids, and he still use that money which has been transfered to different banks so he can't be traced,
The kids will be 5 years old in few months so now they are 4.
