Y/n's POV:

I was only falling for a few seconds, but it was long enough for me to wonder why I thought it was a good idea to jump. Once I hit the ground I found myself lying in a pool of ink. I felt as if I could hardly see straight. Within seconds I felt a hand on my back and another hand on my waist. I looked up to see Henry helping me to my feet.

"Y/n, are you insane?!" Henry shot. "I know you jumped!"

    "What? How?"

"If you had fallen down with me, you would've fallen a lot sooner," he explained. "Why the hell would you jump?! You're already hurt enough, a fall like that is only going to make you worse!"

"I'm sorry..." I muttered. "I wanted to come after you to make sure you were safe."

"Y/n, I appreciate you looking out for me, and I get that you're not afraid to take risks down here. But jumping down like that is absolutely insane. You could've died!"

"Well it's already been done," I snapped. "We can't take it back, so let's just keep moving forward."

"No way. I don't think so," Henry refused. "I'm not letting you do any work. You're staying by my side and I'm going to help you get around."

    "What?! That's ridiculous!" I complained.

"Ridiculous or not, you're not doing well. You desperately need my help."

    "But I-"

"Don't argue with me," Henry demanded, keeping his arm around me to help me walk around.

I sighed, deciding not to argue with him. I didn't want to admit it, but he was probably right.

The first thing Henry did was start looking around for his axe. Once we finally found it we saw that it was broken.

"Well that's just great," Henry groaned. "Do you have your Gent pipe?"

"Nope. I gave it to Alice before jumping down."

Henry sighed. "Alright. Well, let's keep moving forward and hope that we can get by without a weapon."

The two of us walked into what used to be administration. There wasn't much around. I remembered the area, though. I remember this was where Joey's office used to be. In the right of the room was one of the machines that were used to make gears and weapons and such.

Henry led me towards the film vault room in the left corner of the room. As soon as we walked in we saw a display of what was supposed to have lots of pipes. But most of them were missing.

    "Now that's interesting," Henry noted.

"This must be used to drain some sort of passage," I realized. "Maybe if we can find the pipes we can drain it!"

"No... I have an even better idea."

    "What's that?"

"Did you see that machine in the corner of the administration office?" he asked. I nodded my head.

"We could use that to make some pipes!"

"...And all we'd need to do is find some clumps of ink to make it work!" I added.

"There's just one problem: the gate that leads to just about everything here in administration," Henry said.

"Easy fix," I scoffed. "Let me show you where we can open it."

I led him towards another door that was close to the machine. We walked inside to find that it led to a room that was behind glass.

I pulled the lever that was on the wall which made the gate open up, leading to a whole new set of hallways.
