I looked at Froggy like he was insane.

"Where is Autumn?" I asked.

Alex sighed.

"She's with Goldilocks learning fighting techniques. You're with us." Alex replied softly.

"Thanks for rescuing me." I said just to be polite.

We walked to a ginormous building.

"Where are we?" I asked.

"We are at a palace. Where you will be staying." Froggy replied.

Alex said, "You will only be staying here for week. Then you'll go with Rapunzel."

"Rapunzel?" I asked.

Alex and Froggy nodded.

We walked into the large palace. I saw many paintings of Red Riding Hood on the walls. Is this some sort of joke? I am confused. She's not a princess or queen... Is she? Red Riding Hood walked down the nearby staircase with a tiara on. What's going on here.

"My queen." Alex said, bowing.

I bowed right after them.

"Your highness." I said to Red Riding Hood.

"Hello, dear." Red Riding Hood said to Froggy.

Froggy leaned over to kiss Red Riding Hood on the cheek.

"Hello, guest." She said to me.

"Hello, Queen Red Riding Hood." I replied.

"Just call me Red." She said.

I nodded.

"What is your name?" She asked.

"Summer Grime." I replied.

"I recognize your name. Where are you from?" Red asked.

"Earth." I replied.

"Where in Earth?" Red asked.

"New York City." I replied.

"Been there. How old are you?" Red asked.

"Fourteen." I replied.

"Ah." She said, "I know who you are. Who is your father?"

"Sebastian Grime." I replied.

"Who's your mother?" Red asked.

"Bailey Grime." I replied.

"No. Who's your Aunt?" Red asked.

"I have multiple." I replied.

"Name all of them." She said.

"Coleen, Mary, Charlotte-" I said.

"Stop!" She interrupted, "Who is Charlotte's husband?"

"Robert," I replied.

"Did they have children?" Red asked.

"Yes. Conner and Alex Bailey." I replied.

"That's who I was looking for. Alex, what's your last name?" Red asked.

"Bailey." She replied.

I stared at Alex. She was my cousin. She's one year older than me. Conner lives in the human world, while Alex lives in the Land of Stories. What? This is making my brain hurt. literally
