𝐀𝐑𝐋𝐎 𝐖𝐀𝐒 𝐒𝐈𝐓𝐓𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐎𝐍 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐂𝐎𝐔𝐂𝐇, reading one of the many comic books that mike had recently gotten. she was happy that he had gotten some more because she had read his old ones a bunch of times. her feet was up on the couch with the comic in her hands. the boys had been doing mike's campaign for the past ten hours, which basically left arlo bored out of her mind. sometimes she wondered why she was friends, but then she knew that if she wasn't friends with them they wouldn't be able to survive.
"something is coming. something hungry for blood." mike started, making arlo look up from the comic. "a shadow grows on the wall behind you, swallowing you in darkness. it is almost here."
arlo made an impressed face, nodding her head slightly. she will admit that there are moments that caught her attention, especially with the way that the party described things when it was their turn to do a campaign. this was probably the fourth time that she had look up from reading during her time there.
"what is it?" will questioned.
"what if it's the demogorgan?" dustin then asked. "oh, jesus, we're so screwed if it's the demogorgan."
