Beryl's heart clenched. She'd been wanting to see Chalcedony smile, but not this way. His smile is painful, the agony was there. The pain he's trying to hide is eventually showing no matter how hard he tried to lurk it behind his crimson eyes.
Beryl tightened her grip, "I'm here."

"Ulian and his group are here. He brought more magians from the Castle! A hundred magians are on their way, I can feel it. Alam ko ang pakiramdam ng napapaligiran ng mga magians. Hindi pa mahihinto ang gyera, mukhang magsisimula pa lang!" Usal ni Sardius.
"Then we need to broaden our radius!" Sumingit naman ang Prinsipe.
Mas lalong lumala ang tension. The atmosphere is more hefty than before. Despite her calming orbs, the impending situation is triggering the ambiance.
"Chalcedony is still being healed--" Beryl was about to defend but she was cut off by the Archduke himself.
"I can do it."
Ang Prinsesa naman ang sumingit, "But-"
"I said I can do it," he smiled at Beryl.
What the heck? Napairap ang Prinsesa. Because what the heck is this Archduke? Nakukuha pang gumanito sa kritikal niyang kalagayan. And she was the last to speak pero kay Beryl ito tumingin at ngumiti. Suspicious.
Beryl sighed, "I'll help, then."
"What do you mean?" Damon furrowed.
"I can do infinite void."
Nagulat naman ang Archduke, "What? Really?"
Never in his entire life had the Archduke thought someone could really do the Infinite void. But what!? This girl could do it?
"What do you mean Infinite void?" hindi napigilang tanong ni Damon.
"It's a wider and stronger control. It's the best dimension control." Simpleng paliwanag ng Archduke.
Beryl nodded, "Yes. And I've done it few times before, and it was a success."
Hindi na nag-aksaya pa ng oras ang Prinsipe, may tiwala ito sa kakayahan ng bawat isa. Kapag sinabi ng isa'y deretso sa plano.
"All right. You, abyssal creatures, will retain the dimensions, kami na ang bahala sa front line. They have their magians and summos but we have our own too. There's no need to worry."
Ang lahat ay natahimik. Sobrang seryoso na ni Van, at talagang hindi matatawaran ang awtoridad na ipinapakita nito sa ganoong sitwasyon. Lahat sila'y nagbigay ng segundo upang seryosong makinig.
"Here's the plan..."
