Los Angeles, USA. 

It was nine o'clock in the morning.

Douglas Bullock spent the night in the office. He didn't return home, nor did he let anyone leave.
His night passed in a sleepless state.  His head was on fire and everyone was feeling the intensity of that heat.

Just like Arya predicted, he is mad like a wounded dog right now.
Bulldog was almost pulling his hair in anger and frustration for the whole night.

At first, it seemed to be a mechanical error when the CIA database wasn't working, but after an hour, agent Newton discovered the virus. 
By then it was too late. The damage was already done. As the CIA database wasn't working, they tried
to use the FBI database. It didn't work. Rather the virus infiltrated their database too.

It was a strange virus. It wasn't hampering any work at all. But whenever they tried to search for anything regarding Dr. Stanley Donnen, the network across the whole country just gets hung up.
 
Unless you turn off the whole system and restart it, you can't start working again. It happened quite a few times before the CIA director himself called Bulldog from Langley headquarters and yelled and cursed him openly in an open line in front of everyone. He threatened and accused him for spreading the virus in the main network and jamming the network of the whole country.
He said that he shouldn't use the database until the virus is removed.

By now everyone knew who spread the virus and how. Bulldog himself gave the security protocol to Araya Akaishi and couldn't stop the two from escaping, and even didn't take any measures to change the protocol fast enough after these two got away. There was no excuse for such stupidity and incompetence.
So he deserved all the scoldings from the higher-ups.

Bulldog wasn't thinking about these though. All he could think was how Kim Seokjin humiliated him in front of everyone once again! Nobody could point a finger at his well-decorated career until that Korean spy appeared in his life.

Ever since he got acquainted with that man, only insults and disrespect have been added to his career.
Bulldog was blinded by anger whenever he thought about it, the only thing he could think of now was the urge to kill Jin with his own hands.

However, it was just a fantasy. in reality, as he wasn't getting close to the arch-enemy of his life anytime soon, he was taking it out on everyone in the office. Whoever happened to come in front of him, he couldn't get away without being sworn at and cursed at.
Even the agents who were in charge of reporting hourly were stalling to not go near him if possible.

Agent Newton's condition was the worst. He was the IT Expert here, and he recommended Bulldog to give Arya the security protocol in the first place.

So Bulldog's anger was mostly raining on him the most. 
He even didn't have to go to him to get scolded. Eveey now and then, he had to pick up the intercom to receive the hourly dose of scolding and yelling from Bulldog.

The poor man was not given any chance to eat or sleep since the last day. He was sitting in front of the computer since yesterday, attempts were being made to deactivate the virus spread by Araya Akaishi.
Newton has already spent all his talent debugging the system.

It wasn't easy.
He had to spend all his experience and talent fighting against a small "product" of a born genius.

Being unable to take computer's help, Bulldog has deployed as many agents as they had in the field, along with the police and the FBI.
But not only the whereabouts of Dr. Donnen, but also Jin and Arya's were nowhere to be found.

But little did he know, the branch director of NIS of Los Angeles -Jong-il had a huge impact on the disappearance of any kind of information on Dr. Donnen.
He collected information regarding the people who could know about the whereabouts of Dr. Donnen. Deploying all his sources he found those people and hid them in different safe houses across the country even before Bulldog deployed his agents.
Some of them went voluntarily, and those who did not want to go were forcibly picked up.
