Y/n's POV
"Are you ready?," I ask my daughter Mira as we approach Alex's streaming room.
"Ya," Mira says excitedly. She didn't even know what was going on, I knew she would've told him if she found out.
She had been asking for a sibling for two years.
I push open the door and Mira sprints to her father.
"Hey pumpkin," Alex says picking her up, placing her in his lap.
"How was your nap?".
"Good," She says snuggling into her father's chest.
"Hey love," he says as I walk over.
"Hey," I say planting a kiss on his forehead.
"Did you change her shirt, I thought it was yellow earlier?," He asks motioning to the now pink shirt.
"Yep," I say smirking, wondering if he'll catch on.
Mira sits up and Alex glances at her shirt, back at the computer, then he whips his head back to her shirt once more.
His eyes widen and he looks up at me. "Are you serious!?," He asks, a huge smile apearing on his face.
I just shake my head yes, I couldn't help but smile.
"Oh my goodness!," He says standing u, putting Mira down. He engulfs me in the biggest hug, picking me up and spinning me around.
"When did you find out?," He whispers.
"About a week ago".
"Does Mira know yet?," He asks glancing at the 4 year old who was now messing with his headset.
"Not yet".
"Should we tell her, or should we wait?".
"We can tell her if you want," I smile.
He nods before kneeling next to Mira, you follow and do the same.
"Hey Mira, Mommy and Daddy have some news".
She just stares at us, making both of us chuckle.
Alex looks at me and I nod and smile.
"You're gonna be a big sister," He says.
It takes a second to click, but once she understands the biggest smile is plastered on her face.
"Really!? I hope I get a brother, can I have a brother mommy?".
"Well that's not really up for me to decide sweetheart".
She frowns but her smile soon returns.
"That's ok, I want a sister too," she says.
Timeskip
As I put the final dish in the dishwasher I feel strong arms wrap around my waist.
"I love our family so much, I love you," He says placing a hand on my stomach.
"I love you too," I say turning around to face him.
He places a kiss on my lips, "I still can't believe it".
"Well you better start believing it soon," I joke.
He laughs before saying, "Thankyou".
"For what?".
"Giving me the perfect family," He whispers.
"I think I should be thanking you for that," I say as he brings me in for a hug.
