It was the first week of March which meant Spring break was next Saturday. There wasn’t much to do now.

All the boys were rushing to finish assignments and projects that were either already past due or the due date were approaching soon.

I had already finished everything I was meant to do, Everything was graded and all I had to do now was go to classes.

Seems like Achilles was in the same boat as me because after school he would just come to my dorm.

He wouldn't have books, or papers, or anything like that just him.

We would watch something on YouTube, play a game, and sometimes just talk.

“So that's what happened?” He asked me as I laid my head on his lap and played with my hair

“Yep” I said and sighed annoyed

I told him how I ended up her, About the boy, about be getting arrested, everything

“Well that wasn’t fair, He picked a fight with you, If he lost that fight that's his fault” Achilles said as his fingers gently gripped at my thick curly hair

“Well I did put him in a wheelchair” I said back

“Why didn’t you just lie?” He asked him

“What?” I asked lending my head so I could face him

“It was your word against his, No one saw you, Why didn’t you just say you didn’t hit him?” Achilles asked

“I don’t know” I said slowly as his words sank in

I could've lied, The police would have probably shrugged it off and walked away, I wonder what would have happened if I just said I hadn’t hit him.

After a while Achilles' phone buzzed and he looked at it and immediately put it down.

“Who was that?” I asked as I used my shoulders to lift myself up

“Just my mom” He told me and pushed he back down to his lap gently

“What did she want?” I asked

Achilles never talked about his family often but in fairness I don’t either.

All I knew was that his mother worked at a Travel Agency; She would go state to state and even out the country so Achilles lived with his dad most of the time.

I also knew his parents weren’t ever together and that he was a product of a one-night stand, a broken condom, and failed plan B attempt.

“She’s hosting a party tomorrow and wants me to go” Achilles answered playing with my hair again

“Are you?” I asked

“She would force me to go anyways asking it's more of a formality” He sighed

“You should come with me, You can meet my parents” He asked him and ruffled my hair

“Your dad will be there?” I asked and sat up completely

“Yes because the party at his house” He answered
