One day within 1989, 43 infants are unexpectedly born. Strangely, none of the woman who had given birth to the infants had shown any sign of pregnancy the day or morning before hand. It's as if they went through 9 months within 5 minutes. Billionaire Reginald Hargreeves shortly after adopts 8 infants from hearing this, in which he creates the umbrella academy.
The purpose within the umbrella academy is to train these kids as they grow older. Each kid has powers, well, besides one. They learn these powers as well as using them.
Number one. Number one is Luther Hargreeves. Luthers power contains super human strength. Giving him the ability to pick up things considered heavy quite easily. Luther was considered their fathers favorited, probably due to his dedication towards his training and success.
Number two. Number two is Diego Hargreeves. Diego's powers contain telekinesis in which he has the ability to move things within mental power. He's known mostly for having the ability to aim with knives greatly and curve them towards the target/enemy.
Number three. Number three is Allison Hargreeves. Allison's powers contain the ability to persuade people into doing what she says, also known as manipulating reality as she lies. Commonly the words "I heard a rumor.." followed by orders/commands give her the ability to make the target do whatever she wants.
Number four. Number four is Klaus Hargreeves. Klaus has the ability to talk to and see the deceased. In which, he is able to go the land of the dead and communicate with those within it/that are deceased.
Number five. Number five does not have a name. Five has the ability to jump throughout time and space. He is able to teleport through several distances, in which he uses often when going against villains/enemies to avoid objects and sneak up behind others. In which, he also learns how to jump throughout time.
Number six. Number six is Ben hargreeves. He has the ability in which he can summon eldritch creatures through a portal to another dimension located within his body.
(I'll be using the name vanya throughout this since it matches his character throughout the show in the first 2 season.)
Number seven. Number seven is Vanya hargeeves. According to their father, Vanya did not receive any powers/abilities. She's an ordinary child, but he still took care of her. Except, she was often left out of family matters, besides from breakfast and dinner.
Number eight. Number eight is Y/N hargeeves. Y/n possesses the power of Psychokinesis. Psychokinesis gives y/n the ability to control things mentally. Meaning, she can move objects with her mind.
These are the children who are raised within the Umbrella academy by Reginald Hargreeves who trains them to use their powers/abilities towards good and into helping the world.

Yes, a very short chapter i know😭. So currently i'm like obsessed with the umbrella academy, especially since season 3 comes out in a few days. Now, if i do stop updating as quickly and as soon as possible, i apologize. I don't always write that much, but it's mainly because i get hyped write multiple chapters but quickly get burnt out. But i'll try my hardest to finish this.:)
