Chapter 5 : Fake Scenario.

(Chay)

"Chay, Macau told me that i have to keep him update about you all the time. Can you explain to me what happened?"  asked Dao, my closest friend from my faculty. Macau and i are in different major, he took engineering and i took art. So it makes sense that he texted Dao to look after me, after what happened last night.

"Never mind, Dao. He was just being paranoid."

"Okay. But, for what reason?"

"He was just being paranoid. Stop asking too much question." i got irritated.

<i'm at the gate>

I got text from p'Kim.

"Dao, i'm going. Please tell Macau i'm meeting with my friend." i rushed outside.

"Chay.. Your friends are only me and Macau. What should i tell him?" i still can hear Dao's voice even though i already running towards the gate. And i just waving at him to let him know that he have to come out with his own excuse to Macau.

<I'm at the gate.> i text Chay and he came right away

"Phi, hurry." he panic and looking all around like someone is chasing him.

"Why? What happened?" i asked.

"Hurry, before people see you and me in the same car."

"Hh, i think something bad happened." right after i start my car, there's someone knocking on my car window."

"Macau?" i startled as i saw Macau standing next to my car.

Chay immediately get out the car and talk to Macau. I heard everything they were saying, but i still inside the car because there's few people passing by.

"Chay, he can do bad things to you. He probably drugged you or rape you. No one knows."

Okay, that's all, i got triggered by what Macau said.

"Hey, how could you think about that? Do i look like a pervert to you? I'm just here to help him, help your friend. And Chay is adult enough to make his own decision. No need to get permission from you to do whatever he wants to do. You're not his boyfriend." i said.

"Phi, it's okay. Macau is like brother to me. He just being worried." Chay calm me down a bit."
"And Macau. You crossed the line. Can i just doing what i want to do without asking you first?" then he talk to Macau. It's getting worse, there's 3 girls taking our photos and Chay noticed and pulls Macau by his arm and walk away like he doesn't know me.

I understand what he was doing, he try to make people think that he was here with Macau and not with me, but i can't let him go with Macau.

"Chay, get in the car." i grab Chay's arm and pull me into passenger seat and push him inside.

"What are you doing?" Macau try to stop me. I bet he really wanna throw his punch to my face, but he noticed that camera everywhere. Yes, there's crowd around us. They're holding their cellphone and calling my name to get my attention.

"Phi, i think i should go with Macau. Now a lot of people saw us together. P'Tawan will get really upset."

"Don't mind him. Put your seatbelt." then i step on my gas pedal and drive to my penthouse.

"Where are we?" he asked.

"My penthouse is in 87th floor. Don't worry, there's Tawan there. Not just two of us." i explained everything before Chay got the wrong ideas.

"Here you are.. What were you doing?" Tawan immediately scold me. "Oh, you coming too..." he lower his tone when he saw Chay is standing behind me.

"I'm sorry phi, i don't even know that Macau was there." Chay looks really guilty.

"No, i don't mad at you. I'm a little bit mad at my boss, Kim. Kim, please explain what was happened?" Tawan showed me the video of me and Macau hold on to Chay's arms liked we were fight over him. Which maybe right, but i can't let people knew that. It's not save for Chay.

"It was just perfect shot in the perfect time. Maybe we should hire whoever took that video to be my personal videographer." i talk casually whilst asked Chay to come to my music studio.

"You have music studio at your house, phi? So cool." he seems really amazed with this small studio i had. Tawan is pulling my hand and take me to the kitchen while asked Chay to wait on the studio.

"Kim, you have to read the situation. Do you want Chay get the trouble from your fans? Do you know that media already assumed that you stole Macau's boyfriend?" Tawan said.

"What? Why?" i was really shock.

"Because they digging to Chay's social media and found out about Macau. All of the students of his school also confirmed that they were always together. So they assumed that you were being an asshole and try to take Chay from him with your 'superstar' previlige. And Chay got bullied online because people think Chay is golddigger. Left his longlife boyfriend for high-paid singer. That's what i read online." what he said made my realized i did something wrong. They were started to cyber-bullying Chay.

-On music studio-

"Chay?" i opened the door and i saw Chay is scrolling on his phone and he's tearing up.
"Why did i do? Phi, i supposed to go with Macau earlier. Look!" Chay shows me the page that tagged him a photo of him edited with the word 'TWO-FACED' on it. And on the caption, they wrote that 'so i found out that Chay agreed to be Macau's boyfriend just so he can be protected at school, and now he got himself a new target since Kimhan is attending his school seminar as a speaker. What a two-faced.'

"I found a solution." suddenly Tawan barged into my studio.

"Okay, we'll live on 3...2.....1.. start!" Tawan gave me cue.

"Hi everyone, Kim is here. So i want to clarified all the rumour which suddenly went crazy. It's about me, Porchay, and Macau. So, we were not fighting. It was all misundertood. Chay is my new employee. He work part time at my music studio as an art managing for social media. And.. it was really coincidence that my off day is the same day with his first day to work, so i want to show Chay how my small studio works personally. And that was all my idea to pick him up on his campus. It's all because i was his brother's friend. So that's okay to treat your friend's brother really well, right? And for Macau, Macau is Chay's bestfriend, not his boyfriend. And he was just mad at me because i picked up Chay. This is what Macau afraid of, he was afraid that people will know about me visiting Chay's school and Chay will getting uncomfortable with that. That's why we had a small argument earlier. But, we were cool now. Right?" i told everything that we prepared, and i looked at Macau who sit next to me.

"Yea, it's all just misunderstanding." Macau added.

Then i said goodbye and ended my instagram live and praised Tawan's idea.

"So for the next 3 months, you have to work on his studio for real. So people don't think Kim is lying." Tawan said.

"But he is lying." Macau who was agreed to come and created the fake scenario is try to start debat with Tawan.

"Look, because of my fake scenario, you got a lot of girls crazy over you.." Tawan showed him the comments section on my instagram who filled with girls commenting how they wants a bestfriend like Macau.

"Everyday when you go to work, i'll drive you." Macau doesn't seems care about his popularity online. "And don't forget to figure out how to talk to phi Porsche about your part-time job." he talks to Chay.

"You too, prepare yourself to be asked by phi Porsche, you brought his name and telling people that he's your bestfriend. He must've been really irritated by that." then Macau turns to me and said that.

I think i made a really huge mistakes.
