After continuous pleading to Professor Ozpin, Y/N eventually conviced him to allow he and Jabari to be paired with one another for the rest of the festival as students were still studying at the academy. The two boys, along with Ren, were in history class with Professor Oobleck. After that, the three of them decided to take a little walk. It was Y/N and Jabari joking around with each other, with Y/N playing his music through his speaker as they walked. Y/N, as they were approaching Jabari's dorm, got an idea.
"Yo I got this gig tonight." He said randomly. "You tryna go?" "What kind of gig?" Jabari asked. "The explosive kind." Y/N responded. "Shoot, I got nothing. I'm down." Said Jabari as they approached the door to the dorm after thinking for a while. "Ok! Cool! Wear your Sunday bulletproof vest. Get it? Cuz a Sunday vest and..." Y/N said jokingly while Jabari deadpanned at him. "I'll just see you at 5." He said dismissively as Jabari smiled and then closed the door.
"I believe we would all appreciate it if you didn't die tonight." Ren said while walking back to their dorms.
