Chapter 9: Golf war (Edited)

Dippers pov:
Waddles was eating cereal at my feet, as I sat cross legged eating some waffles that I made. I heard Stan walking towards the living room "Who wants Stan cakes! They're like pancakes, but they probably have some of my hair in 'em" Stan said walking into the living room, "no thanks, grunkle stan as I have made waffles" I said before mabel barged through the front door of the house shouting "It's here!" Then running into the living room screaming "Oh, it's here! It's here! It's here! It's here! I've been waiting all morning and it's finally here!" She shouted in my face "the gravity falls gossiper accepted my article about summer fashion tips for squirrels. My picture is going to be in the newspaper! Check it!" Mabel stated "Pacifica Northwest declares v-necks are the look of the season. What am I looking at here?" Stan asked over my shoulder as we looked at the newspaper, "wha wha what!" Mabel said shocked as she turned the newspaper to see the big headline, "to answer your question it was just that Mabel got overexcited about being accepted in the newspaper and it didn't work out because of Pacifica and the fact she probably brought her way to the front page" I said "is it legal for a child to wear that much makeup?" Stan asked, "probably not" I smiled, "ugh Pacifica, she always ruins everything" Mabel mumbled sadly, "hey Mabes cheer up, I bet that gravity falls has something that can make you smile, hmm maybe a mini-golf course?" I said knowing that would cheer her up, I heard heard Mabel gasp and ask "is there a mini-golf course in gravity falls grunkle stan?" "Yeah, if you ya want kid, we could go" grunkle stan said rubbing the back of his neck with a silly grin, "hey dudes" soos said, "hey Soos, we're going mini-golfing wanna come?" I asked, "yes" he replied, "what's up with the w-neck? Soos" I asked, "I wanted to go beyond this seasons fashion look" he replied smiling.

<time skip to when they arrive at the mini-golf course>

Dippers pov:
"Ohh" they all said at the same time, while I just looked around comparing this mini-golf course to the one in the celestial realm and other mini-golf courses I visited in the past realising this one is a lot smaller, we walked to the first hole, "ah, mini-golf. The sport of mini-champions" mabel said happily, "the fun is real but the grass is fake, on the bright side thou there is something fun for everyone" I said as I see a man in a golf car wearing a crown chase Robbie out of the mini-golf course, "focus, Jake you got this!" Mabel cheered for me as I hit the golf ball pass the three triangles, over the bridge then into the dragon and out into the hole, "your turn mabel" I smiled at her, "ok, do the hip wiggle and go!" Mabel said as she hit the golf ball almost into the hole it just stopped a few centimetres away from it, Mabel then walked up to it and gave it a little hit to go into the hole, "holy smokes Mabel, you and Jake actually have talent!" Stan exclaimed

Dippers pov:
"Hole 18, this will be fun, right mabel" I said smiling, "right Jake!" Mabel exclaimed, "you take the first shot, ok?" I said, "ok!" Mabel shouted excitedly and hit the golf ball into the windmill and then it came out the back as everyone went to see if she got it in but it ended up in a puddle, "hey little star, better luck next time right?" I said trying to cheer her up, "yeah but first isn't it your turn?" She asked, "oh yeah! I almost forgot thanks Mabel" I said as I went to have my turn hitting the golf ball into the windmill but instead of it ending up like Mabel's ball it went into the hole! "Wow, but hey it's just chance and who knows maybe you will actually get it in the hole this time mabel!" I said smiling to her to try cheer her up then I saw Pacifica coming over and my smile went into a scowl as her purple ball went into the hole, "oh, would you look at that? I didn't know it was "hobos golf free day." Pacifica snickered "oh, who's the cutie? He looks rich" Pacifica said pointing to me, I turned away and said "didn't you know that shade of purple doesn't match your outfit" I peeked at her reaction and it was priceless she was like a tomato! I almost burst out laughing, I saw Mabel trying to hold back her laughter but a few giggles escaped her mouth, Pacifica then glared at her, "if it isn't the pines family" she started "fat" she said pointing at soos, "old" she pointed at grunkle stan, "cute but rude" she pointed at me as I rolled my eyes "and braces" she pointed at Mabel, I stood in front of Mabel and crossed my arms, "Soos, would it be wrong to punch a child" I heard Stan ask soos, to which replied "yes" then i smirked "I've got this, hey Pacifica, if your done talking, go away cause no one wants to deal with the trash that's coming out your mouth, also are those earrings real because if they are you're spoiling there beauty by wearing them" I snickered, she then just got really red and stormed off in a huff, then she came back as I walked up to the bonus hole "hey Pacifica, watch this!" I shouted to get her attention as soon as I knew she was looking I hit the golf ball up the plank and into the hole as the fake volcano erupted, I smirked her way "next time check who your dealing with" I declared and walked away over to the others, with there mouths wide open, "oh, and everyone give Pacifica a hand" I said and then everyone started clapping, "hey Pacifica I want a rematch, you...you..." Mabel was lost for words so I whispered into her ear "you walking one-dimensional Regina George wannabe with your probably bleached blonde hair and your a valley girl stereotype!" Mabel shouted the crowd then gasped, and Pacifica looked like she had enough "like, let's do this" she screeched annoyed, then it started raining meaning they were gonna have to do the rematch tomorrow "hear ye, hear ye, the park is now closed due to weather, the king of mini-golf has spoken" said the man that was chasing Robbie earlier, "this isn't over. You. Me. Midnight. We'll see who's best." Pacifica said in Mabel's face, "I'll be here" Mabel said as thunder crashed, then the northwests pulled out there umbrellas and left, I then pulled out a umbrella that was big enough for four people, "I'll be here, peh, peh! Hair in my mouth. Peh!" Mabel exclaimed, then we went to Hermanos Brothers, it's a Mexican restaurant. I ordered nachos and payed my own money, while Mabel sadly looked at the northwest mansion, I saw her open her mouth so I put a nacho in her open mouth then saw her eat it, then we started to repeat that, then she signed and said "time to scratch mini-golf off, my talents list" then soos walked over holding a tray, on the tray was a burrito and a drink, "aww, don't give up, Mabel!" Soos said "yeah you still have a high chance of beating her if you keep your spirits high!" I agreed with soos, "plus if you beat her at this, then she could never live it down" I stated happily, "imagine it" I said
