Second Person POV

Dracul places the book he's reading down before following Ryu outside. The Viking had woken up before him and was waiting for his dragon friend to wake up. The moment he leaves his hut, he sees Nyra sitting atop the dome while looking down.

'How long has Y/n been awake?' It wasn't uncommon that your sleep schedule would confuse him, sometimes, you would be up at the crack of dawn, and others, you would only get up around the middle of the morning.

Once he makes it over, he notices a target set up with arrows scattered across the target. Some were behind the target, making him realise you haven't done the walk of shame to get them yet.

"Haven't done the walk of shame yet, sis?" Dracul asks, a cheeky smile adorning his face, making you glare at him.

"Shut up." You respond, not understanding how Dracul and your father were so good at archery.

"That's not very nice," Dracul fake pouts while Ryu, Mischief and Speedy all go to play on the grass.

This is always how it's been between the siblings when they did archery. Your father was outstanding at archery and axe throwing. Whenever your father stopped at an island for a few days, your mother set up a competitive axe-throwing and archery contest.

"Can I?" Dracul asks, holding his hands out for the bow and arrow.

You sigh deeply before handing them over, "Fine."

Dracul nocks the arrow to the bow, taking a deep breath while drawing the string back. Dracul ensures his elbow is held high, not a straight chicken wing, and the arrow is in line with the corner of his mouth.

Dracul slowly and naturally breathes out while letting go of the string, the arrow whizzes through the air and hits the middle of the target perfectly. Dracul looks at you smugly while you merely look at the arrow.

"Ullr did gift you with incredible archery skills," you say, and Dracul laughs airily.

"He did with Faðir and me," Dracul agrees, but your father was an extremely skilled warrior.

"Well... Faðir was also just good at everything to do with combat in general." You add, and Dracul hums in agreement while also looking at the arrow he fired.

><><><

Dagur had appeared after disappearing during the rescue of Shattermaster. According to Astrid and Heather, he found a way to hurt Viggo. You could only guess what that implies as you help prepare Dagur some Chicken. It had probably been a while since he's had a proper meal.

You leave with Heather holding some chicken to give to Dagur, standing beside your brother while Heather hands him the Chicken.

"Mmm.. mm... Oh... Mmmmm...This is good and cooked to perfection!" Dagur praises while devouring the Chicken like a Gronckle in a quarry.

"Thanks," Heather replies, crossing her arms.

"So, how are we going to hurt Viggo?" Hiccup asks, only to be ignored as Dagur goes on about the Chicken he's eating.

Dracul looks at the floor while trying to hide his smile, and you exhale in amusement.

"Haha, I should have known it was you, Heather! Cooking is in our family's blood." Dagur explains happily, "Ooh! I bet you make a wicked Berserk Chicken!"

Chicken squawks loudly at this statement, and Tuff covers her ears, calming down his friend.

"Hey, watch it! Everyone knows that Chicken suffers from rotisserie phobia. She's afraid of the old turn and burns." Tuff explains while motioning a rotisserie.
