In My Mind, I Play It Back

Serge:

Keeping my gaze drawn into a streaming view of a crowded road, I wait patiently in my seat as Hogan takes us to a probable destination of his excitement.

We've been driving around the city for about fifteen minutes now, though Hogan still hasn't given me any clue as to where he's taking me. It's getting dark already since we left my house at four. He's quiet even as I try to tease him about where we're going. I even offered him a car blowjob, which he surprisingly declined. I didn't really care if he'd say no to that because we'd probably both end up in a hospital from how dangerous that is.

"We're here." He says, pulling me out of my thoughts.

We halt to a stop in front of a roller skating arena in the middle of the city, with an obvious closed sign on its huge painted doors. I doubt we'll go there considering that it is closed. Yet once we get out of the car, Hogan walks his way to the rink's entrance and pulls out a key from his pocket.

"Are we going in there?" I asks, confused.

Hogan shrugs off my question and opens the door without bothering to take out the sign on its door. My mind continues to be baffled with bewilderment as my feet make their way inside of the arena.

It's empty and dark once I walk inside. However, skates are still in their places, and the snack machines are fully filled. I haven't even completely adjusted to the view as Hogan leaves my sight and disappears from the arena.

My mind swirls as I look for him and panic starts crippling me in my chest from where he could be. His shadow has faded, and I'm left alone in the middle of the rink. The darkness of the arena is not helping me at all, as I go in full jeopardy of searching for him. It's confusing and kind of annoying, yet my body is still feeling thrilled, hoping that he'll somehow surprise me more once I see him.

I was in the center of the arena when sudden flashes of light began gleaming their way across the hall and blasts of music pounds in the background. My heart screams with excitement, and I couldn't help but smile carelessly from the obscene feeling of it all.

The lights, the music, the feel, are just too overwhelming for me and my body shivers from the wonder of amusement. However, my breathing stops even more as I am greeted with the sight of Hogan skating his way towards me, holding another pair of roller skates in his hand.

"Here." He says, handling me the skates.

My body couldn't react to the peculiarity of it all, and I look at Hogan with sharp eyes, with an added humour in my stare. "What's this?" I asks him.

His cheeks blush while looking at me, and he sheepishly scratches the back of his neck. "I thought it'd be nice to surprise you, so I tried finding a roller skating arena so we could just hang out alone together," he says. "Like a date."

My brows shoot up from his words because this actually doesn't feel like just a date at all. It's next level affection, and yeah, I could kind of admit that this feels kind of extra. But, I can't really complain about it because as simple or cheesy as this date could be, I'd still willingly do it with him. "So...you tried renting a whole roller skating arena?"

"What. No," he retorts. " I asked my friend if we could use the rink temporarily while it's still closed, and she said yes. I only paid a few bucks." He finishes.

My mind begs for more explanation from him, and I continue to keep my gaze on his features. He only rolls his eyes at my foolishness and shoves me a little while making his way to the rink. "Come on. We've only got a few hours left because this place opens at six." He urges me.

I quickly put on my skates and exchanged them with my shoes. My lips couldn't even stop themselves from smiling as I began to compose myself again before skating my way towards him. Even as I try to take a glance in his direction, my body is still tingling with happiness because, honestly, I couldn't feel anything else other than falling for him more and more.
