"Y/n im pregnant" "really?! Oh my god!" I said laughing while picking her up for a hug and kiss "god I love you" I said peppering her with kisses

Elizabeth pov:

I drove the boys to school and then to my psychiatrist, I started getting help when me and y/n ended. God I still feel awful about that, I still love her. I write letters every day but I've never sent any of them, I hope she's happy

Y/n's pov:

I went to the coffee shop near our house "a mocha latte and a iced coffee" I said smiling "y/n?" I heard behind me "Elizabeth?" I said smiling, "it's so good seeing you!" I said hugging her, she looked a little taken back "yeah same, you look great!" She said smiling "you too, how's the boys?" I asked "their great, they still ask for you" she chuckled looking down a bit "hey liz everything is in the past, don't worry about it" I smiled "y/n!" I heard from the coffee guy "I gotta go, it was nice seeing you" I said as I waved goodbye

I got home and gave Spencer her coffee "thanks baby- BABY PUT YOUR HAND HERE!" Spencer said laughing, she lead my hand on her stomach, I felt my baby boy kick her "damn he's strong" I said making spence laugh "his like his mom" "i can't wait till he comes out, I'll teach him so much!" I said excited "oh and baby. The crib arrives today, that means some work for you" she smiled "of course, You wanna help me with that?" I asked "yeah, why not?" She shrugged and drank her coffee

"Have you thought about what we should call him?" My lovely wife asked while she handed me the screwdriver "I've thought about some names yes" I smirked "tell me" she said smiling adoring me "okay, but don't judge! My favourite is Henry, I also got Theo, Nathan, Kai and Liam" "your so cute, I love you so so much y/n" "I love you too" I said giving her a small kiss before getting the crib up

"Y/n be careful!" Spencer yelled while I threw Henry up and down "Let's scare your mom a little shall we?" I said making Henry nod "les do it" he said smiling a toothy smile, I threw him up and pretended to drop him "oh god!" Spencer yelled running towards us "I'm joking hubby, I got him" I said kissing her, she hit the back of my head "idiot" she said kissing me "eowww" Henry said making us laugh

I put Henry to bed and laid down in the couch with Spencer, she looked pale and not well "honey are you okay?" I asked worried "I don't know, I don't feel well" she said worrying me "should we go to the hospital?" I asked making her shake her head "It's probably just the flu" she said cuddling me "I love you" I said, I didn't get a response and saw Spencer asleep, I carried her to our bed and got her some pjs

"Spencer wake up honey" I smiled at my wife "y/n im tired..." "you've slept many hours" I said worried "we should fix a doctor appointment for you" I said "let's just eat dinner, is Henry ready?" She asked standing up "yeah"

We ate and suddenly Spencer ran to the toilet, I heard noises and walked to her "hunny, are you okay?" I asked knocking on the door, I got no response and felt my heart rate going up to the skies "Spencer?!" I said knocking on the door "Spencer!" I yelled louder, I ran into the door and got it open, I saw Spencer on the floor unconscious, I picked her up and laid her on the couch "911 what's your emergency?" "My wife I unconscious and I don't know what to do!" "Have she been feeling I'll?" "Yeah she have been sick, uh a lot of times she's to tired to get out of bed, and she always says her tummy hurts after she have aten" I said stressed "I'll send and ambulance to your location, try to stay calm, help is on the way"

I saw Spencer getting in the ambulance, god I want to join but It's not the best idea to bring Henry with me so I called Spencer's sister to watch out for him so I waited for her to arrive "y/n!" Melissa said hugging me "she'll be okay" she whispered "I hope so" I said grabbing my jacket and drove of to the hospital

"I'm looking for Spencer Hastings" I said to the lady "family?" "Wife" I said, she asked me to follow her and I got to a room where she was connected to machines "are you y/n?" A doctor asked "yeah that's me" "your wife has stage four cancer" she started making my heart stop and tears fell from my eyes "is there anything you can do?" I asked "if we do anything, it's more likely that she'll die on the table. There's nothing to do, I recommend to enjoy your time together" she said sadly before walking away

"Y/n where am I?" Spence asked "your in the hospital-"

I had to explain all of it to her and it broke my heart, knowing that my wife are going to die. Henry will lose his mom and I just can't do this alone.

"I'll get a doctor who can explain better and he probably hasn't told me everything" I said letting tears fall from my eyes "don't cry y/n" Spencer said kissing my hand "I don't want to lose you, I love you" I said crying even harder "when I die, I want you to find someone that makes you happy, I love you so much y/n" she said "I can't-" "y/n you can and you will, promise me. Henry needs a mom role in his life" "hey.." I said chuckling thru my tears "your a great mom y/n, I wish i could see Henry grow old. I'll enjoy my time with you guys and family, don't feel bad when I die y/n. You made me the happiest woman for years!" She said as she pulled me down for a kiss

"Spencer was.. everything, We would always sit in our couch and talk about our future, we planned on having four kids, get a dog and a cat. -" I smiled thinking about my wife "when we started dating I was at my lowest point in life, she was my light, she made me believe that no matter how long the tunnel is there is always a light. When I proposed she had the biggest smile i had ever seen. It was bigger when we got married and when we got Henry she had the biggest smile I've ever seen, she loved her whole family... I don't want to say goodbye, I don't think either of you wants to say goodbye. But Spencer wanted a happy funeral, she wanted people to remember her for her, how she made each one of you feel. That's why I fell for her, she wanted to spread happiness to people"

"Is mom in heaven?" Henry asked "y-yeah, she is" I said trying to not cry "my mom is a angel" he smiled "she really is" I smiled
