i hate doing authors notes at the beginning of chapters but to hopefully prevent all the extremely annoying 'mY frIenDs wOulD nEveR dO tHaT tHey WouLd LoVe theM' comments on every preferences i've done that's like this or read that's similar this, i'm hopping on to say that i don't know you. i don't know your friends. i don't know who they do or don't like or if they'd actually like the mighty ducks characters if they were real and tbh i really don't care if they would or not. this is a fun preference that i wanted to do so please don't leave the 'my FrIendS wOulD lOve sO aNd So anD thEy'd Be bEstIes' because those comments make me want to throw my head through a wall and drive off a bridge going as fast as my car will go.

almost all of your friends don't like him. he's hot-tempered and aggressive and while he's never aimed it at you, they don't like that he's like that; therefore they don't like that you're dating him

your friends adore him. it's to the point that when they invite you to hang out, they make sure that guy is invited and will be there too

all your friends love charlie. he's always so nice to them and is always trying to make them feel welcome and they love him for it

they like him for the most part but are a tad thrown off by how dedicated he is to hockey. they appreciate that he makes you as happy as he does but he's also always playing hockey and it really throws them for a loop.

oh, connie is literally their favorite person ever. she's so integrated and loved by your friend group that they'll invite connie to hang out to things before you sometimes

they do and don't like her. it's mainly because she's almost two different people when she's with you and in public. when with you, she's super happy and laid back and when in a group, she's very serious and straightforward and it throws them off some. but for the most part, they really like her

very very few like him. luis has a reputation for being a player and a flirt and they're scared he's going to hurt you. the more they get to know him, the harder it is to not like him but there's always a part of them that don't like them

all your friends really like him. they all think he's hilarious and has the best jokes and they're always trying to hang around him

at first, they didn't like him but they eventually warmed up to him. he can be abrasive and closed off at first but once he got used to your friends, they got close with him
