I ran home as fast as I could. I burst into the front door. I stopped to take a few breaths. I noticed all the oys were looking at me. I ran uo to my room with tears in my eyes. "What do you think is wrong with her?" "I don't know." "One of us should go see." "COLDEN!" I didn't know who all said the first few things, but I knew that they all said the last thing. I heard a groan and footsteps coming up the stairs. I noticed my door was open and an idea popped into my head. Colden appeared at the door and so I got up and walked over to the door. I frowned and just as he was about to say something I slammed the door. I opened it back up and looked at him. "May." He started. I slammed the door again. This time I walked over and flopped onto my bed. The door opened and Colden walked in. He sighed and sat down on my bed. I rolled over to face him. "May. I-" He said before I cut him off. "I know you don't care so why are you here?" I said. He gave a surprised look. "I do care baby girl, but I don't have time." Colden said. "Colden quite acting. You don't care and I know it. The guys just want you to at least act like you like me. It's okay. You can quite pretending." I said. He sighed and laid down. "Baby girl listen to me. I'm only 22 and I have to take care of you kids. I'm the dad around here. If it weren't for the rest of the boys I'd be a lot more stern than I am now." Colden said. "Then how come the rest of the guys aren't like you?" I asked. He looked at me. "It's because I try to take most of the stuff on me so you'll stay young instead of growing up too fast." Colden said. I nodded. "So what's wrong?" He asked. I sighed and exuded to tell him the whole mess. I guess I was wrong about Colden. I guess he's not the grumpy grump I thought he was. Just...grew up too fast.
