I opened my eyes when I felt the sun on my face. I roamed my eyes around the place trying to remember what happened last night.

I felt the soreness down there when I tried to move.

Blurry memories came to my mind at pilit kong pinatayo ang aking sarili kahit napakasakit ng katawan ko.

The realization made me shiver. He's not here. Where is he?

Pumasok ako sa banyo at parang nanghihina ako ng maalala ang mga nangyari dito kagabi. Dali-dali akong naligo at nagbihis.

"Dumiretso na siya sa palasyo, kamahalan! Maaga siya umalis kanina!" sagot nito.

Tumango ako at tinignan ang dala niyang tray ng pagkain.

Might as well eat before I leave.

Right! I was about to think that what happened last night was special! But no! I was in heat and he was just trying to help me!

Nang makabalik sa palasyo ay sinalubong ako ng mga katulong ko at inalalayan ako papunta sa kwarto ko.

I changed my clothes and went to my dad's temporary office.

Nakatitig lang si papa sa kanila at parang gustong pumatay.

I went to him and gave him a hug.

"My daughter! How are you?" it was almost a whisper.

"I'm fine, papa" sagot ko.

Umupo ako sa gilid niya at tinignan isa't isa ang mga tao na naroon.

Nagtama ang nga titig namin ni Lady Jeanne, she look so mad!

Pumasok naman sina Duane at Felix.

Felix's gaze went to me at nagsimula siyang maglakad patungo sa akin.

He was about to kiss my forehead pero umiwas ako. Tinaasan niya ako ng kilay at umupo nalang sa tabi ko.

"I'm really sorry Princess Lavenna for what my daughter did! Please forgive her!" pagmamakaawa ng Baron.

Nakita kong umirap ang Baroness at tumingin lang sa kung saan-saan.

"Why don't your daughter ask forgiveness Baron? Why are you doing it on her behalf? Can't she speak?" I coldly said.
