"joe and langa were waiting at the starting like.
You were standing agist the fence waiting for the race to start
"I haven't seen beef like this in my live."
"lets make a bet."
"I'm in, dog!"
"snow, is all the hype."

Langa was looking around the area in search for his friends. 'weres reki?"
You put your headphones back on in attempt to block out the squaling of joes fangirls but it still did work considering how loud they were.
'I never raced joe in something so important, I wonder if he'll go harder on me this time' langa thought
"in cause there was any sought on your mind, skaters are idiots. Its not like theirs a cash prize or we get elevated to some kind of royal throne by winning these thingsand one slip and we got nightmare injuries. But we just cant stay away. You gotta be pretty stupid to get wrapped in this." Joe said
"sounds like you love it." langa said
"yeah, which is what makes me such a idoit." Joe smiled
"this is nothing but a competition to crown the biggest moran." Joe said again
"wow, so I guess I'm an idiot too." langa said
"maybe the biggest one of all." joe chuckled
"our stupid love of skatboarding powers our entire world. fuels our friend ships, emotions, problems, everything."
You looked at your uncle with wide eyes as he said those things to langa.
"anyway I got someone I need to punch. maybe he'll wake up...which means I gotta win this race." Joe said with a determanded look on his face.

Both joe and Langa speed off on their skateboards down the track.
both taking the first curve joe was still in the lead. On the second turn, Langa managed to pass joe by jumping over the rocks.
"so far their dead even." shadow said
"Just wait till get to the next corner. both of them are strategizing how to pull ahead" Miya said.
both Joe and Langa were on a straightaway.
Langa was still taking the lead as he headed down the straightaway but to his surprise, Joe passed.
Joe had his hands gripping the front of his skateboard. going at an unholy speed.
"whoa, that's way too fast!" you exclaimed
"does that guy have a deathwish?" shadow asked
Joe used one of the rocks as a ramp and then launched over with and landed against a wall where he used his foot to propel himself off. leaving his footprint on the wall. (like how the hickory hell did he do that??)
