Chapter 1

Khloe

"Are you really sure about this Khloe?" Anya asked for the nth time

"You will get the same response Anya so stop asking the same question" I said as I fixed my glasses

Humarap ako sa kanya at namaywang

"How do I look?"

"In my opinion, you look... disgusting" nakangiwing sagot nito habang pinapasadahan ako ng tingin

"Perfect!" I smiled widely showing her my fake purple braces. Mas lalo pa itong napangiwi

I ignored her and watched my reflection on the mirror. I'm wearing a thick nerdy glasses. I put some fake freckles on my cheeks and I made my brows way thicker. I didn't wear any lipstick and just like what I've mentioned, I put a fake purple brace on my teeth. I fixed my hair in a clean bun. My uniform is really perfect for my plan. My blouse is kinda long. Ang skirt ko naman ay lagpas sa tuhod

"I didn't imagine that I will see you in that state. Just look at you! Oh my gosh! I want to puke!"

I rolled my eyes

"Stop overreacting Anya"

She grimaced and crossed her arms

"You will really do everything para lang hindi matuloy yung arrange marriage nyo ni Logan"

"Absolutely. I won't marry a jerk"

She puckered her lips and took her shoulder bag

"I have to go. Malapit na mag start ang klase ko. I'm so sorry I couldn't join you in that school. Alam mo naman si Mommy. Siguradong magtataka iyon"

"Not a prob. Sasabay na rin ako. My first class starts at 8:00 am"

Kinuha ko ang bag ko at siniguradong naka-lock na ang pintuan. We're living in a condo. I've decided to move since this is kinda near the school and one more thing, hindi ako pwedeng makita nila Mommy na ganito ang ayos. They will surely bombard me with questions

Malapit din ito sa University na pinapasukan ni Anya na dati ko rin pinapasukan. I'm in my sophomore year same with Anya and... same with that asshole

I'm taking business ad... same with him. See? I'm so damn unlucky

If I only saw this coming, nag architecture or engineering na lang sana ako

"You won't use your car?" she asked when I took the passenger seat of her car

"I don't want to catch too much attention" I said as I fixed my seatbelt

"With that kind of looks? I don't think so. Baka ikaw pa maging target ng mga bullies" umiiling na utas nya

She drove off and dropped me in front of my new school

"Not bad" she commented. Malaki rin kasi ang school and based sa paint ng school buildings ay mukhang well-maintained naman ito. Of course it should be. Para saan pa ang binabayad na tuition ng mga estudyante? Let's not forget the fact na mahal din ang tuition dito. I just really hope that they have good educational system

I bid goodbye to Anya. I released a deep breath before I entered the school premises

Nakuha ko agad ang atensyon ng ilang mga estudyante. They don't have to say a word to insult me. I can already see it on how the way they look at me

I took my schedule sheet in my backpack. Good thing I printed it

I started to search for my building. Where's the business ad? May nakita akong isang grupo na nakatambay sa may corridor at naisipan na tanungin ang mga ito
