"I would like to kindly advice you to choose your representatives for the upcoming Mr. and Ms. CBA. Ang mananalo sa competition ay ang ipanglalaban ng department natin sa competition next month kung saan lahat ng department ang maglalaban laban" our instructor explained. So they are looking for representatives for the pageant.

"Bakit hindi na lang po si Ariella at Logan? Sila naman po ang Muse and Escort" Lesley suggested.

Ariella blushed and glanced at Logan who's sitting comfortably at the back.

"Pass." He simply said, looking so damn uninterested. Tss. Hindi man lang pinag-isipan.

"Pero Logan---" Ariella was cut by Logan's cold answer.

"No."

Bumagsak ang balikat ni Ariella dahil sa sinabi nito.

"Excuse me lang po Ma'am." Connie said and to raise her concern.

"Yes?"

"Lumaban na po si Ariella last year. Hindi nga po yan nakapasok ng top three."

That was tough. Kanya-kanyang reaksyon naman ang mga klase namin.

"What are you trying to say?" Ariella asked. Irritation was evident in her eyes.

"My point is give chance to others. Baka kasi may mas deserving compare sayo."

"Sino? Ikaw? Look at yourself squamy! Hindi ka bagay sa pageant!"

"Baka kaya di ka nananalo sa mga competition na sinasalihan mo kasi bobo ka na nga sa Q and A tapos ang sama pa ng ugali mo!"

Nabanggit nga ni Connie na masyadong off ang sagot ni Ariella sa competition last year.

Before everything fall to a serious fight, our instructor interfere.

"Do you have anyone in your mind Connie? You are free to nominate anyone you want and after that we will proceed on voting."

Connie scanned the room. Her eyes dropped on me. Oh please no! Turn away your gaze!

"So what now Connie? Do you think there's someone here who's better than me?" Ariella snickered.

I definitely don't agree with her but since I don't want to put myself on a crucial situation, I will just keep my mouth shut.

Inalis ni Connie ang tingin sa akin at doon ako nakahinga nang maluwag. Damn!

"I have someone in my mind."

Everyone looked at Logan. Hmm. Is he eyeing someone here? Marami rin naman kaming magagandang classmates. I'm just curious who could it be.

"I will agree to join the competition if she will join too."

He's putting pressure to whoever that girl is. Our instructor's eyes sparkled. I think Logan was her first choice but knowing Logan's personality, she knows na hindi nya ito mapipilit. Halos lahat ng nasa room ay napasinghap. Mukhang hindi rin nila inaasahan na sasabihin iyon ni Logan.

"Drop her name."

Dumiretso ang tingin sa akin ni Logan. Tumaas ang sulok ng labi nya. Oh no! This fucking brute!

"Si De Vera. Make her our class representative and I will asure you that I will win that competition." He said full of confidence. Here he is again! Obviously, he only wants to humiliate me!

"Are you nuts Logan?! That word won't stand a chance!" Ariella protested.

"Baka makita pa lang ng judges yan matalo na agad tayo." Other one said.
